It would be nice if the gym and pool could open up a little bit earlier and close later. The pool in the garden was closed due to cleaning.

Everything was well - nice rooms, nice area, very friendly staff, excellent gym, excellent pool, excellent spa. It was great to use the hotel bike for travelling around Castellon and Grau.

We had a great view of the harbour, nice tapas and wine and a delicious croissant and coffee next morning at the bakery, we didn't have time to stay for breakfast at the hotel.

This is a great Hotel, top location with fantastic views. Be aware! some rooms are newly renovated and really great. Some rooms and Suits are NOT renovated. While still being well cared and clean, they look dated.

Refrigerator was very loud and that was really annoying during the night. I think there is no sound proof in the hotel, because we heard the people staying next to our room most of the time :(

The room was not the cleanest. Every day after cleaning there were dust bunnies floating around the room. The rooms are also quite dated but they are spacious. Additionally, the hand soup in the room ran out and was not refilled. The staff did not inform us about the services the hotel offered we had to discover everything on our own. For example, we were not told when breakfast was or how much it cost. We were not told that coffee and tea were offered via a machine downstair we just stumbled upon it. Later we learned this was at a charge even though there are no coffee machines or kettles in the room. I find that very strange and irregular.

The location is great. You are near the boardwalk, many restaurants, and a close walk to the beach. We also had a beautiful harbour view. The staff overall were giving very minimal effort but staff member Sandra helped us a lot when we were having issues with the wifi. She contacted the service provider and rectified the issue on the spot.

Being a Pet-Friendly place, pets are not allowed into the restaurant, and for breakfast we were required to stay at a small backyard, which in fact was really nice, but I can't imagine doing that with bad weather or on winter. In my opinion, the place was a little bit overpriced, to mention that our stay was during their local holidays, but I have checked on different times of the year and prices are pretty much the same. Also breakfast is too expensive, I have been in other NH Hotels with better range of prices.

It's location is fantastic, it is just next to Grao Port, and so half of the rooms have views to the Port and Sea, as the rooms come with balcony, it is great to sit there and relax with the magnificent views. The best restaurants are just in front of the hotel, so your gastronomic needs are also covered, and plus, there are many parking areas nearby so you won't struggle to park your car. Rooms come with plenty of space, with many places to store your luggage, a comfy and spatious bathrrom as well, however we found that some things could be better looked after, I am not talking about cleaning necessities, but about shower with some issues, some lights... Bed and pillows grant a great sleep. Staff members were very helpful and resolutive, it come out that I needed to work remotely one of the days and the provide me with a proper place to work and also allowed us a late Check-out (30€ extra cost).
