Pool was closed during our stay. There is no wellness area anymore (has been closed after covic apparantly), which was not very clear from the info received.

Upfront the communication with the hotel was good. We asked rooms close to each other and received communicating rooms. Staff at the hotel were very friendy and helpfull. The rooms were very big. a lot of space, bathroom with shower and bath, living room and kitchenette. Beds were very good. Breakfast area was nice ans also there very helpfull staff. Breakfast options were large, including fresh orange juice, good coffee, and a variety of fruit (and much more). Hotel is located out of the city centre but at walking distance there is a subway entrance. Great value for money.

The only thing that concerned me was the Wifi. Whilst I have various quality security measures including VPN on all devices, I was constantly strongly alerted to the Wi fi NOT being secure and unprotected. I have been away for 5 weeks travelling and therefore need to access my financial accounts from time to time but did not feel safe to do so at the hotel. All other hotels I have stayed at gave standard warnings but not as strong a warning whilst at Eurostars. Sorry to mention it, but maybe on a positive note this could be looked into as this is becoming a big issue globally. Shame about the outside area being under maintenance and not accessible, but otherwise a really enjoyable experience.

A very enjoyable stay altogether and ideal for getting into the centre of Madrid.

A bit far from the city center. There is a nice supermarket but not many restaurants near the hotel.

Beautiful hotel with big, comfortable room and and an amazing bathroom. Has great staff and free parking. Located in a nice, quiet residential area. There is a metro station nearby. If you know your way around Madrid, it is a great option for stay.

The breakfast could have been better. As we checked out, we were charged for bar services that we didn’t use from the bar. They did eventually clear this up. Not a negative as such, but fora five star hotel there was no turn down service.

The fitness facility is sub par and almost like they put one together haphazardly to say they have one. The place is a little dated and definitely needs a slight update.

The large scale of the place. The rooms are huge for European standards. The bathrooms are also huge. The lobby is very nice for lounging around. The parking facility is also a plus. Walking distance to a shopping center and a supermarkets.

Very big room. It has a shower and a bath, 2 sinks, bide. Big wardrobe. Excellent bed: very comfortable mattress and pillows. A small kitchen corner with a kettle and microwave was good. Also, there was a table for work and a dining table. Free safe parking. Quiet place with metro station and supermarket in 5 minutes. Big shopping mall is in 10 minutes. Perfect hotel!

Everything is excellent, but I would highlight the quality and warmth of all the staff, especially Don Alvaro who leads by example.

The kitchenette had been decommissioned with only a kettle, mugs and two spoons there. The fridge had become a minibar. The photos show a kitchen area, but nothing there if you want a snack. All furnishings are very dark.

Very Good and safe parking and an easy walk to the metro. Room was very spacious and clean with good bathroom and sitting area. A quiet location.

I was surprised by the size of the room and the facilities. Parking is in place so that’s very handy. We wanted to stay close to the airport so the location is perfect. I definitely would stay here again.

The comfort and quality of every detail. In spite of being December 24th and 25th the all services were available, including restaurant. Parking included at no additional cost. High value hotel.

Location very far from all activites in the city center .

One of best hotels . Friendly staff. Services super . Lobby is fantastic . Having all facilites inside the suit . Large space with fancy minibar inside . View also very nice from top floors .shading of windows for privacy yet you can have sunlight all around at morning time . Microwave oven . I think that is onecof the best 👌
