The one and only thing I didnt like were the pillows. They were tough to work with. Overall I dont score the price we paid as high on the value for money side of things, not that the service or facilities werent good, it just cost a lot of money. That may be an inherent detail of the area we were in.

The staff were amazing, they catered to our every need. The location was good, it was close enough to the different attractions that we wanted to see. The breakfast was decent, it had the essentials. The food in the hotel was good and made for a good lunch. The staff gave us use of any adhoc essentials such as a towel, iron or even a fire stick, they were very helpful.

The front desk staff was very lovely in helping us with our questions. She made us feel extremely welcomed and the room was clean with a small balcony. The accommodation is only a short bus ride away from the central, we liked staying in this location as the location was peaceful and the beach is only a 5 min walk from the hotel. If you want to explore Mallorca at your own pace you need to check out the Yonka motors! I would highly recommend renting a scooter for a day or two as there’s soo many beautiful places to see besides the city center. Ps you can also park your scooter right outside of the hotel.

Unfortunately, the hotel boasts views in the pictures which are not really representative. Our first room with a 'mountain view' actually overlooked the car park and bins - truly the most dismal looking view I have ever seen. The staff were great at getting me a different room (at cost!), but really be careful what you book here as the photographs are very misleading. The same goes for the pool - photos have been very carefully taken to obscure the two ugly skyscrapers overlooking the pool, which really do spoil the relaxing environment. Unfortunately, I feel the Joan Miro hotel is trying to sell a beautiful and relaxing environment in photos that it fails to live up to in reality. Quite disappointing. Also, in our first room with the dismal view, we had a smart tv with netflix. But in the new room with the poolside view, we inexplicably had a basic tv with only a couple of English channels. So this was a bit inconsistent.

The staff in this hotel are absolutely amazing. Definitely the best aspect of our stay. Everyone from the reception staff to the bar staff to the cleaners were pleasant and helpful which we really liked. The bar and restaurant were excellent, and the food was really good.

The staff were excellent and went out of their way to be helpful. The breakfast was all that we wanted. The location was quiet and within easy reach of Palma . There was also a courtesy minibus each morning into the centre of Palma.

Location, a little too far from center.

The hotel looks nice, the room on the smaller side, but the bed comfortable, big shower, cleaning every day, balcony. Breakfast was good, enough variety and omelette freshly made by order. We ate 2 nights at the restaurant, the club sandwich is good, but the pizza was bland, you could tell it was frozen and on the cheap side. The bus station was close and there is a small mini market at the end of the street and a big one behind the hotel.

The neighbourhood was very noisy during our first night there, and only slightly less so on the second night. We had no towels in our room and had to go get them ourselves from reception. The door to our small balcony could not be safely locked - it could be pulled open easily even in the locked position. Parking is an issue along the road leading to the hotel. The hotel has some parking spaces in a nearby building, but it should be advertised that this costs 10 euros a day. The cost of the room was too high in our opinion.

The room was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is convenient for Cala Major (on foot) and Palma (by car of public transport). The hotel operated shuttles as well, although we didn't use them.

-unimpressive neighborhood. would be easy to get to the city center if the EMT buses weren’t so awful; -very basic hotel, no 4-star level, with details that could definitely be improved (ie. cold lightning in the room makes it look like an hospital; no vanity kit in the bathroom); -uncomfortable bed (too soft pillow, too stiff mattress).

Very clean hotel, friendly staff and the location was easy to find. By the way, the breakfast was superb - I loved that there were also snacks like cookies available and various options for eggs. The breakfast at the hotel is a bit more expensive. The location is far away from the city centre, although there is frequent bus service.

The hotel was nice and clean. Beds are comfortable and the rooms are calm. The hotel employees are helpful. There is a bus stop within walking distance. There is a nice beach 10 minutes by foot.
