Limited food on offer all day, but not a restaurant as such, but plenty of other places nearby.

The staff were excellent and went out of their way to be helpful. The breakfast was all that we wanted. The location was quiet and within easy reach of Palma . There was also a courtesy minibus each morning into the centre of Palma.

Location, a little too far from center.

The hotel looks nice, the room on the smaller side, but the bed comfortable, big shower, cleaning every day, balcony. Breakfast was good, enough variety and omelette freshly made by order. We ate 2 nights at the restaurant, the club sandwich is good, but the pizza was bland, you could tell it was frozen and on the cheap side. The bus station was close and there is a small mini market at the end of the street and a big one behind the hotel.

The neighbourhood was very noisy during our first night there, and only slightly less so on the second night. We had no towels in our room and had to go get them ourselves from reception. The door to our small balcony could not be safely locked - it could be pulled open easily even in the locked position. Parking is an issue along the road leading to the hotel. The hotel has some parking spaces in a nearby building, but it should be advertised that this costs 10 euros a day. The cost of the room was too high in our opinion.

The room was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is convenient for Cala Major (on foot) and Palma (by car of public transport). The hotel operated shuttles as well, although we didn't use them.

-unimpressive neighborhood. would be easy to get to the city center if the EMT buses weren’t so awful; -very basic hotel, no 4-star level, with details that could definitely be improved (ie. cold lightning in the room makes it look like an hospital; no vanity kit in the bathroom); -uncomfortable bed (too soft pillow, too stiff mattress).

A greater choice of food on the menu

The facilities were amazing and the staff super helpful. I especially appreciated the option to avail of the hotel facilities even after I had checked out which was perfect for my late flight home. A very safe environment for a solo traveller.

Lovely hotel in a good location. About 10 minutes walk to the beach and lots of restaurants and bars. Everyone was so welcoming and customer service was great. Bus in and out of old town was very convenient.

Very clean hotel, friendly staff and the location was easy to find. By the way, the breakfast was superb - I loved that there were also snacks like cookies available and various options for eggs. Kitchen staff were super friendly especially Samuel who was very warm and welcoming😃. It was a lovely time all the way.

The breakfast at the hotel is a bit more expensive. The location is far away from the city centre, although there is frequent bus service.

The hotel was nice and clean. Beds are comfortable and the rooms are calm. The hotel employees are helpful. There is a bus stop within walking distance. There is a nice beach 10 minutes by foot.

I would say that walking up and down the hill to the hotel was quite tiring but obviously that can’t be changed. Also the pool was very cold even at 27 degrees celsius.

Property was lovely and easy to find your way around. We went April 3rd-10th and expected the pool to be closed but it was nice and warm so was open every day. Bed was really comfy and hotel room was a really good size for the two of us. It was a close walk to the beach and not too far away from the shopping centre. The food and drink at the hotel was so good, there were a few restaurants and bars nearby but nothing too fancy. Going towards the beach there was a lot more restaurants and shops and bars which was about a 15min walk away.

The hotel is overall very run-down. Renovations should take place or prices should go down. Loud A/C outside the room made it impossible to sleep with the window open. The bar should stay open for longer.

Great breakfast and friendly staff help make up for the flaws.

The pool was not open since it’s still considered winter season , quite disappointing as we were not informed prior to booking and thought we would be able to use the pool . Aside from that good stay would recommend

The cleanliness of the room was great ! In addition to the close location of the beach only a 12 minute walk away . With lots of restaurants to choose from . Close bus stop from hotel as well.

Unless you reserve a parking spot with the hotel, it is difficult to find parking. The hotel is based on a hill (not so steep) and when it is a hot day, the walk back from the beach could be considered a bit far.

Clean, good breakfast with a super energetic happy cook who makes your omelettes, nice sun beds. But most importantly the staff, they are all very friendly and helpful with anything you ask. Cala Major is just gorgeous!

The location is a bit far from the centre of Palma, and you need a car or have to rely on a bus/Uber to go there.

The rooms were clean and spacious with balconies. The hotel is located in a residential area, so it is not noisy at all.
