The location was great for the beach, loads of restaurant's and bars to choose from plus only a 15minute walk to the town. The apartment has a large terrace with a table and chairs and two very comfy loungers.

Furniture in apartment is ‘pre loved’, couch /sofa bed not very comfortable.

Miriam met us at the appointed time to deliver keys and explain functioning of apartment.Very well stocked apartment, shower, hairdryer excellent as well as WiFi. Bedroom on the small side but not an issue as such.

The TV was a bit hit & miss losing signal but wasn’t a show stopper as we were able to watch UK tv on our IPad. The beds were actually fixed to the wall so couldn’t actually push them together, but as it was so hot it wasn’t a problem !

The location was perfect. We had the top floor apartment with twin beds. The apartment had everything we needed. The terrace is a great size with sun loungers. We were met by Carolina who was brilliant as we had a later landing & did not get to the apartment until 10pm, also great communication.

Nothing that detracted from a wonderful overall experience.

Just got back from a blissful 8 days, it was wonderful. We were a bit worried about the bed because I saw a review m but honestly slept like babies. We slept with door open to the sound of the sea, the balcony is the best, sun all day and position is fabulous. We have stayed in lots of properties in Nerja but this topped it for us. We made our own fresh lunches in the day and got Paella from Ayos, we walked to Nerja town in evenings after drinks on the terrace, just wonderful. Carolina was so helpful and lovely and made sure everything was ok. The apartment was spotless! can’t wait to go back! If you get the chance go it’s bliss

Had a problem with the apartment door lock. Couldn't get it to turn. The outer barrel had turned round 180° and that wouldn't allow the key to turn. Easily solved once you know how but a warning should be given that this might happen.

Carolina was efficient and helpful at check-in and at resolving a couple of minor issues.

the furniture is a bit outdated. There is no dishwasher. it would be great if chairs in the appartement and of neighbouring appartements would have sound protection. You can hear every moving of a chair of the neighbours upstairs. for the rest it wax a great place to stay.

Heavy doors bang loudly. Some noise from apartment above.

Location is amazing. Such wonderful views and just steps away from the beach. The large balcony gets sun all day and was a lovely place to relax on the sun loungers. The owner Carolina was very nice, spoke great English, and went out of her way to accommodate us. The toaster didn't work well and we asked for a few extra blankets and she bought them all the next day.

The location was amazing, right on the beach front, the the terrace was such a bonus, very large with deck chairs and tables. Already thinking of when we'll go there again.

Small kitchen with very old dishes and appliances. A pipe broke in the toilet during the night, we had to shut off the plumbing and remove the water from the floor. In the end the landlady did not even apologize for such inconvenience, let alone compensation.

Nice location, big terrace with amazing sea views. The apartment was clean in a quiet entryway for 3 flats. Many tasty restaurants are nearby. Wonderful beach is only 2-3 mins walk.

Could provide some basic shampoo or detergent, really bare bone. Bathroom configuration is pretty bad. Internet was not working but probably is available overall. Electric fuse was tripping when running a/c.

There was rubbish in the bathroom bin, there was no toilet paper provided, the towels were VERY rough, there was no kettle to boil water, the satellite TV channels only showed a very small number of UK TV and not the main BBC/ITV/C4 etc. Both the Towels and bedsheets were stained with some very dubious marks. There was no main light in the bathroom, There were no instructions as to what we need to do on checking out, so we just left the keys on the table. Worst of all was the sofa. it has to be the most uncomfortable sofabed ever made. we literally could not sit on it for more than a couple of mins at a time. The price of the apartment at over £100 a night in Feb was very poor value. The price should be half of that!

the location was superb, as was the terrace - although the terrace furniture needed cleaning (not sure why that wasnt done before we arrived). The beds were also very comfortable. it was difficult on some days to get parked near to the apartment due to the popularity of the area (and we were staying in Feb), so I would defiantely book the parking space if this is likely to be an issue

Apartment smelled like an ash tray which is horrible to us as we don't smoke. The couch and bed were so uncomfortable, we came home wrecked. Also, the noise from the apartments above is very annoying - bring ear plugs!

Great location.. right on the beach front. Massive balcony with gorgeous views. Caroline was lovely.
