Swimming pool was packed as only inside pool accessible due to the season.

Just slightly disappointed the pool snack bar wasn't open during our stay in late April.

Excellent choice for breakfast and dinner. Restaurant manager and his team are a credit to the hotel.

The facility met our expectations. The historic city center within walking distance. Plus for the possibility of parking a car in the nearby parking lot for an additional fee. Great breakfast.

Nothing against the hotel but towards the end of our stay a very large group of older visitors arrived and the entire atmosphere at the hotel and restaurant became a bit chaotic. Also didn’t help that it felt like we were being judged by these people for every thing we did which was a little uncomfortable so ended up spending lots of time away from the hotel when we just really wanted to chill and enjoy the facilities.

The perfect hotel for a trip to Tossa. The facilities are as described and look exactly like the pictures. The restaurant was lovely with a wide variety of options for both breakfast and dessert and we definitely enjoyed looking forward to what new fish was on offer on the grill as well as dessert. The spa was also great and we had a massages booked which was lovely.

Slightly outdated bathroom and over chlorinated indoor swimming pool which resulted in us not being able to use it.

Amazing food. Dinner was like a proper restaurant. The breakfast was also very good. Nice sauna and ice bath. Nice lobby to hang out. Good and fast service in general.

The front-of-desk gentlemen were a bit cold, no welcoming, no smile, basically took the money and gave us the card, that's it. No intro, we have to ask for information and look ourselves

Excellent experience overall!! Would recommend to anyone who wants the best experience in Tossa. We will definitely come back again!!!

No bar facilities at rooftop...was closed Soft plastic cups should be hard plastic...lookalike real ones. It is cheap plastic for such a beautiful place

Strange noise from the above floors which was like someone moving furniture.

Great hotel for families with young children lots of things for the kids to do a kids club competitions throughout the day early evening entertainment in the concert room for the adults the over 18s space on the roof being an oasis from the pool area for an hour or two, the food and service in the restaurant was excellent with a fantastic choice every meal, rooms were a good size with fridge tea and coffee facilities.

Outdoor pools arnt heated only the jazzusi sections. Indoor pool was a little crazy with no limits on numbers on colder days.

Food was excellent with plenty to choose from. Entertainment for the kids is good and the rooms are cleaned well by the maids everyday.

I know , the summer is over and water in the swimming pool we did not expect to be warm, but cold jacuzzi was a joke. All the furniture by the swimming pool should be replaced

We are genuinely struggling to find any real negatives about our stay. It is safe to say that we are already planning our return, hopefully next year. In fact, our stay was so delightful that we are seriously considering the possibility of making this hotel our permanent residence. That's how much we loved it!

During our stay, the hotel staff's warmth and professionalism made us feel exceptionally welcome. The newly renovated lobby, restaurant, bar, and rooftop were beautifully designed, offering a delightful experience. The strategic location, just a short walk from the beach, trekking trails, and the old town, coupled with convenient access to the coach station, allowed for easy exploration. The hotel also provided free filtered cold water. The food is amazing with a great choices, so book your stay at least half board!!!
