The elevator is quite noisy and can be heard in the bedroom. The beds are a bit small. The price of accommodation in Barcelona is really high (in general, not just this appartment).

less than one roll of toilet paper provided for 8 night stay. Also had to provide our own salt, pepper, sugar, garbage bags- no consumables at all provided- first time ever this has occurred in our travels. ok for us as our next accomodation is a motorhome so we took all our remaining purchases with us….

One of the bedrooms with double bed had only one shared blanket to cover. We are used to and would appreciate to have for each person own set of bed linen. Also, from booking pictures we assumed that the appartment had a balcony, but it was probably the other appartment opposite to us.. ours did not have it. And if there is stated that toilet paper is provided in accomodation, then I would not expect only 2 rolls for 4 people for 4-night stay…

Good location, shops, restaurants and metro station nearby. The appartment was luckily equipped with heaters which were at the beginning of March still needed. Also, the kitchen had all necessary things for a short stay..

Although you have an electric heater in litterally every room (in bathroom too), it takes longer time to heat up in could time of the year

The appartment is very clean. For the price, the location is very convenient. Beds are really comfortable. Four people can sleep comfortably👍🏼

I struggled sleeping with the amount of traffic passing at all hours on the main road, being warm the windows had to be open. My nephew how ever had no issue so I've not lowered the score but thought I'd add that light sleepers may benefit from ear plugs from night one :)

We had an unfortunate experience of my nephew leaving his passport on the plane and being held 3 hours in the airport.. Jesus was kindly flexible for an additional 30Euros check in fee with us being late and put our minds at ease with a further late late options in the event of needing it (thankfully we didn't!) Great sized rooms. I was traveling with my nephew and we were just using the apartment as a base to sleep and shower. The facilities were great, towels etc all provided. Really near Rocafort Metro and we were able to travel with ease to the beach, mountains and Las Ramblas with no trouble.

The bedrooms got a little warm at night, but as there is aircon in the living room, opening the doors helped. It's a small point and have had same experience at many apartments. Glad it was warm and the price is great.

This is in a great location. Espanya station, Montjuic and the fountains are close, as is Sants station for AVE trains. The local area is nice and it's 3 metro stops to the sea or 4 stops to Catalunya on the Metro. This is great value for money and there's plenty there if you want to cook. All was smooth with getting into the apartment.

I did not like the lift

The property was very clean and the location was very perfect close to most tourists attractions by foot or by short ride by bus or the metro. The supermarket was literally downstairs.

Everything was fine, no reservations. If I had to mention anything I would say some blankets available would be a nice idea but I'm a warm liking person in general.

Fantastic location in an old building with soul and character. Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants around. A few minutes walk to metro and commercial centre at Placa Espana. Great connection to the airport with an urban bus. Estadi Olympic 20 minutes walking. Quiet and safe sourroundings, nice neighbors, nice and communicative property manager and the same the owner. Easy access to the building and the apartament. The apartament itself is not new, but very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Heaters in the bedrooms came in handy a lot as it was a bit cold in the evening. The lift was an additional attraction, especially for children 🙂

The general impression is that apartment is worn out and many things should be replaced (shelf in the bathroom is rusty, bathroom towels, toilet brush, night lamps...). At first glance the apartment looks clean but when you look a little bit better you spot many things that should be cleaned better. Building is very old, there are many cracks in the walls and it doesn't feel very safe. Elevator is extremely small (only 2 persons or 150 kilos) and it was out of order twice during our stay. First night our son got stuck in the elevator for half an hour (the host was kind to send a men to repair it). After that we didn't use elevator any more and had to go on foot on 6th floor. Not a nice experience! :(

Location was excellent, very close to bus and metro station. Host was friendly. Apartment is sunny.

Boys initially not keen on the lift, but got there in the end.

Enjoyed our stay in Bareclona and Economic Fire Suite. Clean, nicely presented, comfortable size for a family of 4 with boys having separate room and beds. Everything worked and great location as easy access to the metro, shops, cafes. All made for a lovely stay.

We would have appreciated some body wash, more toilet paper, and paper towels to clean up something if needed. It would have been worth it for us to spend a little more on the Airbnb cost of these items were included
