We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe location is not right in the centre of town but considering the price and considering it only takes 10 minutes to walk into down so it's not really a complaint but more of a note.
The woman at the bar was fantastic as were the desk staff and the breakfast woman - staff - excellent!! The room was exceptionally good value for money!! The room was clean modern and comfortable and had quite a nice view out the window. The breakfast buffet was fabulous!

CanadaThe price was double the normal rate because there was a motorcycle race on. It was frustrating for us because we were pilgrims on the Camino and could not find any affordable accommodation. We paid 99€ for a room that was 45 the following day. the wifi was extremely weak in the room.
The staff were so kind and welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had a lovely stay. They had a place for my bicycle. The room was large and comfortable.

DenmarkAt check in we was told that we were offered breakfast by the receptionist . When we entered in the morning and in the middle of the breakfast, we were told that we was not supposed to eat and that it would be put on our bill. It was devastating for our hole experience.

SpainAlthough everything and facilities were great it would of been nicer to have the option of unlimited use of spa since we were guests. Having to pay 12 euros everytime we used the spa I felt was a little unfair since we were staying guests.
Room was very big and comfortable, staff were.super nice, polite and professional. Ready to go the extra mile.

United Kingdomthe noisiest hotel I have stayed in you could hear people walking past in the corridor , even in there rooms further down the corridor. Also you can hear showers going, baths filling up and waste waster from either plus the toilets in my case all through the night.

United KingdomThe room smelled a bit stale. We asked staff for some air freshener and they just said open the window. Not what you expect from a four star hotel. There were hairs in the bed. In the bathroom was a short and curly and someone's toenail. The whole place has seen better days. Furnishings are showing quite a lot of wear and tear, certainly in our room. The pillows are wafer thin. Breakfast is really expensive for what it comprises. We didn't eat at the hotel but rather at a lovely local restaurant in the village. I'm sure it was once a cracking place, we chose a four star hotel for a night of comfort during a long road trip. It didn't meet that expectation.
It suited our purposes as we wanted to be in Lalin the following day other than that I'm not sure what reason there'd be for staying here other than during Semana Verde. It was ok but nothing more than that, certainly not what I'd consider four star hotel standards.
