We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

MaltaCheck in time for Monday is a little limited which is well mentioned on their page. We had to check in between 20:00 and 21:30 or early afternoon. Since we were touring around by car, with the traffic and some wrong calculation, we couldn't make it by 21:30 and end up kept them waiting for us. It's all our fault due to the bad calculation and we felt really bad for them. Owner lady was very patient and not angry or show any discomfort at us at all which made us feel more guilty... Also the owner lady mentioned that they own the winery too. We should have planned visiting their winery if we knew it. Especially since she speaks very good English, it must be a very interesting and educational one. In fact I have contacted some of the winery in the area and I found out they offer the tour only in Spanish. They only explain personally if we have any question afterwards since they speaks little bit of English. This is the reason why I gave up the idea of booking the winery tour in this area. If you are English speaking, it is worth asking the owner lady if she could offer the winery tour of her own.
Host is very friendly and good English speaker. We were really surprised to find her speaking very good English when the hotel/ apartment is located in such a beautiful country side in remote area. Apartment is beautifully and tastefully restored with high standard. We enjoyed staying at such a unique local old building which is such an experience while away from home. They offer the optional breakfast at the restaurant where parking is located with security camera. Restaurant was closed for the day we have checked in. So we could not taste the local cuisine for dinner. However what we have been offered for the breakfast, we were sure what they offer for dinner must be a great one as we have really enjoyed the Spanish style local breakfast. Bathroom amenity they offer is also great, which includes toothbrush, slippers, combs etc much more than what we usually find. Highly recommended.

Czech RepublicFor the check-in, more detailed instructions would be welcome. Some rooms, including ours, are located at Carrer de Dalt, 8, 08738 Pontons, about 300 m far from the main building. It was not clear in advance that the main building with the reception is at Carretera De Santes Creus, 4, 08738 Pontons. This is also where you can securely park your car. Arriving by car at the historical building where we stayed is quite tricky (very narrow and steep streets), so I recommend avoiding it and parking the car directly at the main building.
The location was very nice and quiet. The view from the terrace is just amazing. We enjoyed our stay at this accommodation, which was spacious, clean, and well equipped. The attitude of the staff was great.
