The walls between the apartments are quite thin, so you can easily hear your neighbours.

• Great location - just in the party center of Madrid • We had a room with a private bathroom. It's quite small, but very well organized with many shelves and hangers to store your luggage and organize your things. • There's an elevator in the building.

We arrived in Madrid late in the evening, we were tired and lost, but the staff really went out of their way to help us and were super friendly and helpful until we left the hotel. Incredible location and rooms as described. We are super satisfied.

What I didn't like was not within the hotel, it was the disco across the road which played loud music late into the night which I didn't like, though this was not of course the responsibility of the hotel.

Great location for sightseeing, and many restaurants in the area, the room was compact but perfectly enough, the staff were very friendly, the room was regularly cleaned and felt fresh, and I liked the balcony very much

Small room but very clean and well laid out for the use of space. Very modern bathroom, and balcony had double glass doors that kept the noise out at night.

Super clean. In the city, with nice bars just on the corner. Quite rooms, no city noise. Daily new towels and room cleaning. Free bottles of water.

The windows curtains need to be improved. I mean if you want full privacy these curtain need to be covering the complete windows but its seems not.

The location and this place was a winner. The room is small but has everything to offer.

The mattress was on the firmer side. This is not necessarily a bad thing if you like firm mattresses, but I am used to softer ones. While the hostel was surprisingly quiet considering its location, all rooms share the same hallway and the sound of guests entering and leaving could bother you if you are a light sleeper.

The room was impeccably clean, and cleaned every morning. The slower was really great, much better than what you would expect from a hostel. Great location too, smack in the middle of Madrid. The members of staff were very helpful: they facilitated self-check-in when our flight was delayed, and were always quick to reply to our messages.

Room with balcony was faced to very noisy street (at night). If you are a light sleeper then it is not the best choice. For me it wasnt a big problem.

Too cramped for two people with two suitcases!

Location was FANTASTIC! Right by Puerta del Sol, it was close to everywhere! Restaurants were literally steps away. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was how tiny and cramped the space was. We could hardly move around when we open our luggage on the floor to pack/unpack! There was also only one tiny low stool to sit on apart from the bed. The TV was also super tiny and too high on the wall. We also thought the shelves were like something that anyone could’ve just hammered in the wall and painted. There was no closet and no fridge - it is really just a bed and bathroom kind of accommodation. Fir that reason, I found it very pricey for the size of the space.

If you have migraines or are a light sleeper, try to avoid this place because the bar music downstairs doesn't stop until the wee hours of the morning every night and there is a lot of singing! My wife didn't sleep almost every night . The pillows in the hotel were not very comfortable

The staff were very friendly and helpful, we had checked out and left on our last day but had to return due to the weather and they still greeted us warmly and stored our luggage for us! The hotel was very clean and the location was conveniently close to everywhere!

A rare place. Nothing I didn't like. Some road works near by but did not effect the hotel

Right in the middle of De la Cruz, Madrid. Good restaurants and bars within 100m. Under ground car park 50m away and has charge points for EV cars.The place comes alive at night but the hotel rooms are still quiet. Safe and secure too

This hostel is a perfect location and very central. It was spotlessly clean and the staff are very helpful. This accommodation exceeded my expectations for thr price we paid. I would highly recommend it.
