Really great room and the biggest I've had in Madrid. Staff on reception were very helpful. Close to the train station which was my initial reason for booking here.

The dinner menu was sadly lacking

Although out of the city - the number 150 bus is literally outside . This takes a pleasant 40 minutes into the city going past some sights of interest along the way . Take it right to the last stop Place Sevilla and you are right in the tourist area for the Palace, Cathedral etc . On the way back you got to the stop you got off last and the stop at the hotel is on the opposite side . The room we had was on 2nd floor , big and airy . The bathroom was fine although the bath is narrow and a bit slippery for showering . The car park was great and secure . We had dinner and breakfast - which was good .

Very noisy, loud banging around 10pm could be heard in the room, and again noise at 5.30am could be heard.

Even though we requested a double bed we end up in a twin bed room. The bathtub condition was not good however we understand since we are hoteliers so the kindness of the staff compensated those points.

Few things are getting outdated and becoming old. Squeaky door, safe without batteries, electrical sockets or lamps not working, etc. When you want to take a bath you won't enjoy the look under the sink, this should be hidden if possible Windows, while uPVC, was not closing completely, allowing sounds of the road to go through

Lots of road noise and there was Someone above me who sounded like they were moving chairs all night. Difficult to sleep.

Taking a shower in a bath is not anymore what you would expect in a four star hotel. It was also not easy to find a comfortable position in the bath so as not to slip away. Although everything else was very positive this is for us a reason not to return.

the first night they gave us rooms 122 and 124 on the first floor, which were extremely noisy as it wa on top of the kitchen area. The noise did not stop all night and they also started taking out the bins early in the morning which were right under our room window. They changed the room the next day to 5th level 522 and 524 rooms looking to the same side. The noise was much less but we had 1 out of 3 nights ruined with the noise. The hotel needs to do something about the sound insulation of the rooms on the 1st floor

It was quite a nice hotel with comfy beds and a nice sized rooms, the facilities are not that rich.

The room was clean, amenities were good. The breakfast buffet is worth the money. The hotel has good connectivity to the city center with direct bus connectivity, bus stop right in front of the hotel.

Very spacious bedrooms. Comfy beds. Easy to drive to from the ring road. Good public transport to the city centre. Nice restaurant with reasonable prices. Staff were very helpful.

Room was large and quiet and well maintained. Staff were helpful. Very clean - no issues! Value for money but be aware you are 40 mins outside of Madrid. However bus stop is right outside hotel

More attention to allergies in breakfast. In the bathroom better a shower than a bathtub. A welcome bottle of water was missing.

The bed was very good, the room big enough, it felt comfortable, well furnished, the breakfast excellent, good choice and good quality with healthy options. The staff was nice and helpful. There is a metro stop very close. Parking available.

Heating was centrally managed and my room was quite warm. As the hotel is next to a busy road keeping the window open brings in a lot of road noise. There is now vending machine to buy some drinks for the room.

Clean and tidy rooms. Amazing staff. Location was perfect for me with good connections to city centre. On-site restaurant has nice simple dishes for a good price

I believe there should be a trash can in the room so we can discard trash without using the toilet’s. Also, I couldn’t be comfy w/ the ac, too hot at night and nothing I did worked out.

For a 4 stars hotel I would’ve expected the facilities of the room to be better. In my stay the room floor didn’t appear very clean look and the bathroom had a leak so the bathroom door was sponged because of the water leak. For me i didn’t quite represented a 4 star hotel room.

Rooms are very big, the bed is gigantic and comfortable, the breakfast is outstanding and the staff is excellent. The location is far from the center but very close to the airport.
