There wasn’t any essentials (oil, milk, salt and pepper) in the apartment, but they did have some jams and bread. The apartment overall seemed a little tired and could do with some TLC, but not untidy or unclean. The bedroom ceiling is quite low and so may not be suitable for taller people, but it wasn’t uncomfortable to sleep in and had lots of duvets and towels provided!

Very good location. We were able to keep our bags in the agency on the day of check out which was really helpful! Staff were very friendly and accommodating. You also got a discount card for the local supermarket which was very handy if you were making your own food during your stay!

The pillows are flat and there were no extra pillows available. The kitchen utensils are very basic, for example there is no bread knife, also there are only exactly 6 of everything, plates, forks, knives, spoons, cups etc... . Also the gas cooker does not ignite automatically any more so we had to go and buy a lighter to put the cooker on. I strongly advise that this should be looked at also for fire safety.

There was no balcony and windows. Even the day time you need to turn on the lights. Small terrace next to kitchen but not functionality for daylight. in the cold time maybe heaters could not be enough.

It was good to have room like home including kitchen TV everything. It was ok to stay the person met us to gave the keys he was really kind to us and he also gave us directions before arriving the city. There are two heaters with electricity but one of them does not function very well but we did not feel cold.

There is no elevator, so it may be a little hard to carry the large suitcase up to the room for ladies.

The location of property and cleanliness was very good. The delivery of keys and return was easy and smooth. Wi-Fi and other electricity were very comfy all the time.

The stairs were too steep up to the sleeping room and the rail doesn’t go quite to the top, older people would not be able to go up there There was a damp smell -I would run the dehumidifier all the time if I were the host, we opened the Transom window over the door. We also ran the bathroom fan and de humidifier 24/7, it helped.

Location near Sagrada familia- we walked to the Sagrada reflection pool park early and had wonderful crowd free time on the benches. Loved the tiny outdoor tea patio Location is easy to catch a taxi and get dropped off Grocery store just around the corner

Matrasses of the double bed were quite loose => it was hard to keep them together. Apartment was on the ground floor close to the building's main entrance => one could hear the door slamming whenever people were leaving/entering the house.

Superb location, one block away from Sagrada Familia. Host was super friendly and helpful, and also responsive to any questions. Thanks for putting some food and beverages into the apartment. Apartment was spacious enough for two people. Public transportation close by.

This was not something I did not like but it is possibly useful for anyone booking it to know that they strongly discourage parties or excessive late night noise. That was not an issue for us at all but it is probably useful for anyone booking to bear in mind as it may or may not be the right place depending on what you are looking for.

It was a fantastic location and a very professional service. I felt well informed throughout, the person I dealt with was very friendly and I felt it absolutely met my expectations. The apartments have plenty of light and make great use of space.

the internet was terrible couldn't even browse stuff on google, I needed it to be able to work, and it was nearly impossible to have a audio meeting or call ( and it was being shared with someone or another apartment upstairs as I could see their devices on the network ) plus the building is very very noisy, people upstairs would come running, ring the door bell or knock on the door and ran away in the middle of the night. we could hear them run up and down the stairs all day and night this was very annoying because you could tell they were doing it on pourpuse. The bed wasn't comfortable at all, having two separate mattresses on a double bed is very uncomfortable for your back and it would move around the frame every time we lay down to rest

It was a little loud in the front bedroom on some mornings but that's to be expected in such a great location, plus the shutters help dull that down dramatically.

This is a gorgeous central apartment with an incredible view of La Sagrada Familia. It's easily accessed by a train line which connects around the city. The apartment itself is airy, cool and has air conditioning. It's on the fourth floor with just a small lift or stairs so that could be something to consider. It was impeccably cleaned, and the small little treats were welcome on arrival! The beds were comfortable, and there were shutters on the windows which was much needed with such glorious weather. It comfortably slept four-a couple and two others. Alfonso was a brilliant host throughout. He was in contact beforehand both with guidance on finding the apartment, as well as local places to visit. Upon arrival, he met us to hand over the keys and was friendly and offered more help including local dining recommendations.
