This is comfortable hotel very close to the airport with all services needed, internal parking, restaurant, gym, pool and free water for welcom. Fresh towels, comfortable bed and pillows and good bathroom. I could work from my room on the desk.

Outside noise coming from some factory/ies- all time long.. since it is located in a TIR and industrial zone with sporadic brigade sirens.. Cleanliness lacks dust cleaning... all rest is spick and span but need to pass the hoover

We would like to have eaten in the restaurant but were told it wasn't open and sent downstairs to the buffet. We had a meal in the local bar which we would highly recommend.

The hotel is ideally located for our trip from Santander to San Cayetano Murcia. We have stopped here twice and all facilities are ideal. The room is clean and the bed comfortable. A nice touch to have a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Unfortunately the breakfast room was so busy we couldn't get near the drink machine and hard to get to the food.

They said on your website they airport pick up and drop off,but they didn’t offer this service. They said they have discontinued since long. So web site information is misleading.

The staff were very helpful and attentive. Very clean hotel and room. The menu of the day was good value. Links to Madrid was about half an hour walk to the tram station.

The AC was turned off, and when I tried to turn it on, the lowest temperature was 21°. The room was hot, and couldn't sleep. It was late at night to call the reception area.

The train station is about 25 minutes walking distance around 8 minutes. But the bus takes forever to arrive would advise walking less stressful.

breakfast excelentand good choice of food. we used it as a stop over on our road trip we stayed here befor. we got a cab into town €8 some lovely shops, bars and food, (tapas) great little church in the plazza squar.

The walk in shower for me was great and mostly clean however the bottom of the shower curtain could do with some attention

It's far from the city and nothing to do in the location. More like an industrial area. The breakfast was not too good. Also, they did not have enough staff on duty. I wanted an iron close to midnight and was told to come downstairs and get it myself as they had no one on duty.

An ideal location on our way back from the ferry at Santander to our home in Spain. Excellent hotel with all amenities necessary for our stay. The evening meal was ok. Breakfast was exceptional with a variety of foods for everyone. Would definitely use as an overnight stay in the furture.

Hotel location --> in middle of nowhere! Nearest train station 2 km far... no buses almost...or not very frequent.. Gym.. not big.. Have to ask for key.. Machines very old.. some not working swimming pool average.. Otherwise in winter, hotel not my first choice Garage very wide and easy access however expected cheaper prices

Was first given a tiny box room for 4 of us with no room even to place our bags.After speaking to reception we were allocated a better bigger room. So good result.

Near to motorways small pool but odd opening and closing times especially in high season!

Noise from outside bar/cafeteria until 1.30 in morning so room not soundproof as also aircraft noise. Cleaner came into our room at 9.20am before we had even checked out. Not ideal when you were still in bathroom before a long road journey.

A more reliable fridge in the rooms please. Not my favourite place to eat which is a shame as nothing much in walking distance.

Always a friendly welcome, the Avant is well situated for our needs. Very accommodating, nothing too much bother. Rooms very clean with a safe which is very useful. Just a good choice for a no frills stay!
