We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

RussiaThe hotel has an option "all inclusive", but we took only breakfast and did not like it. A lot of different food, but it was not tasty. The personal on the reception is not very friendly.
Big comfortable rooms with balcony, everyday cleaning was good. The hotel has its own tennis cort and several swimming pools. The inner territory of the hotel is quite comfortable, but a little bit noisy. The hotel is suitable for those who like to relax in the big companies.

United KingdomFood choice was the worse I have seen at an all inclusive resort. Drinks were poor, minimal bars and staff, always large queues. Building work beginning early in the morning. A view of a car park. We didn’t manage to eat one meal in the hotel, we tried both dinner and breakfast but was disappointed with both and ate elsewhere. Staff were lovely however!!!!
