The view from the window was different from what we had seen in the photos. It was a bit of a shame that we could see only the wall of the courtyard and not much sky/surrounding buildings.

The room is very spacious and comfortable. Ideal for long term stay.

The city tax took us by surprise, we don’t remember seeing that when we booked and we think it’s expensive since it is a daily fee per individual. Wifi was very slow, check in was a little confusing and we had to call to find out information about check out since it wasn’t mentioned on the instructions.

Great location, close to several restaurants, pharmacies, mini markets, Sagrada Familia, metro station, etc. It was clean and spacious, confortable beds.

Only a 10/15 min walk to Sagrada Familia, right by metro station (although we just walked everywhere), and lots of shops and supermarkets nearby. The apartment was MUCH bigger than anticipated, and had all we needed (towels, shower gel, kitchen equipment).

Check in was kinda troublesome, luckily we caught a staff or owner that was able to help us at the entrance.

Neighbours were noisy, thin walls, but earplug helps.

Very good location if you want to see the mondern parts and the Sagrada Familia. The apartment was flexible about leaving our luggage there.

After check-in I didn't know my room number, thankfully I found room number in optional confirmation sent to my email. It was pretty cold in the apartment (with 20 degrees outside) and the heating wasn't really able to make it warmer. Faucet in the bathroom leaks and makes whole sink wet.

It would make a huge difference to have the basics in the appartement such as sugar, salt and perhaps coffee and tea.

The apartment was well equipped and clean, we enjoyed the stay and it is very close to the metro station.

All in all, the apartment was clean, but we had to wash the dishes before using them because they were very sticky/oily.

The bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable and there was no washing machine. There was dishwasher but not chemicals for it.

Hot water in the bathroom is gone in 30 min. They warn about it but it's the one thing that I didn't like.

No answer from property on message via Booking and two SMS messages sent. Luckily we did not have any problem for check in as it is done via automated check in machine. We used all toilet paper after two days and by previous experience we did not bother to contact property it was easier for us to buy it. Window in bedroom was open when we arrived so it was pretty cold and could not heat fast enough. We arrived near midnight and could not go to sleep right away as it was too cold. Bed in living room was really really soft. WiFi signal is bad in living room.

Accommodation is very big and great value for money. Two metro stations near, one goes directly to airport. Neighborhood is very nice with many coffee shops, restaurants, stores etc. Very clean, very comfy beds

Clean apartment with all the basic amenities. In a nice quiet area with plenty of cafes and supermarkets. Good transport links from station around the corner.

Electric stove plate didn't work. Thus, pans, pots and volcano coffee maker had no use. There is special phone in reception hall to get support. Support staff is not so good in english and not so competent in actual situation. Probably it is call center for several apartments. Getting keys is also quite special challenge with two codes plus keycard printing robot machine which scans and recognizes your documents.

Good location. Sagrada familia is away only 10 minutes of slow walk. Silent, if your windows are looking to courtyard. Possibility for luggage to be stored in local depot. Lot of cafes and supermarkets around.
