The 3rd bed in the apartment was either a pull out bed or a z bed neither of these were that comfortable. The swimming pool was freezing. The walk up the hill from the front is hard work, however a taxi would cost 3 euro's

The apartments were very clean, the reception was easy to collect the keys from and checking in was painless, we asked for a late checkout and paid 25 Euro's and we had the use of the room all day. The pool area was spotless.

The only thing I can say was it was up a hill but easy going down but got a taxi back at the end of the night but was only 3.50

The hotel was lovely and clean all the staff was friendly especially John on reception he was very helpful 👍 I stayed in room 123 ground floor there was 2 loungers infont of our balcony which was idea and over looking the pool will definitely be booking for next year

Up a bit of a hill. But taxie,s from strip €2.66

Great location. Nice and quiet and only 5 mins to strip. All the staff are very friendly expecially the man on reception. Very clean . Always cleaning and changing towels. They are 2 star but everything you need for a nice hol. We,ll be back

€15 for the safe for 2 nights which I thought was very expensive. No plug for bath or sink, the lounge area need black out curtains very bright for people sleeping on the sofa beds. Air con would be nice.

Good value for money very clean, spacious 1 bedroom apartment had everything we needed for base. Sun trap with sun loungers outside the room and very quiet location. Hair dryer, washing up liquid, cloths, toiletries in bathroom and two small bottles of water and good selection of self catering equipment.

unfortunately the WIFI is terrible. Toilet with a weak flush

My flight was delayed but it was not a pb at all, caught the bus 161 to Puerto Del Carmen + 10 mms walk to the Apartamentos Tisalaya. It was really easy to find my key as all information was sent to me a day in advance (via WhatsApps.) I was in room 221 facing the pool. with a sunny terrace all day. Bus stop 4mms away for Arrecife and Airport. I had a fantastic and peaceful stay.

Great location only 5 mins from the strip down the hill . Beautiful supermarket only a few mins away. Very friendly staff. I have stayed here a few times now over the last couple of years and would definitely recommend

We have recently returned from a holiday staying in the Tisalaya apartments. We received a warm and friendly welcome. The apartment on the ground floor, was spacious, clean and the kitchen had everything needed if you wanted to cook. Also two sun beds for our use. The beds were comfortable, plenty of storage for clothes and a hair dryer. We did pay €15 for the safe which we were quite happy to do. We would definitely stay there again.

Like the staff. We came after check-in time, but a girl who worked at reception took her time to wait for us. And they found the space for an extra person ,who cane with us for holidays unexpected, with no problem. Thank you

The water pressure in the toilet didn't seem the best but just had to flush it a couple of times or hold the flusher down, which is no big deal. Probably could have done with air con even though we went in the march but no big deal either.

Staff lovely, they provided toiletries and even small bottles of water which was a lovely touch
