Very homely flat. Comfy beds. Excellent central location. Well equipped. Very well handled handover by Victoria who was friendly and very helpful.

Second bedroom needs painting. Smell of mould. No bedside table or lamps. Elevator old and when building works going on it was a long time to come. Mix matched sheets on beds. Bathroom needs upgrade.

Good location. Comfy lounges. Washing machine. Can walk to everything.

The host was really nice, good english speaking, giving all the necessary advice about the location, transport, ... The property is excellent for family or friends , roomy bedrooms and living-dinning room. Old city center can be reach on foot, all the museums, beach, ZOO with bus, station is just around the corner.

It can be quite noisy in the evening/night time during weekends, in the front bedroom.

The location was perfect for exploring the city. Victoria was in touch via phone and met us outside the property. She gave us a good introduction to things to do in the city and was easily contactable. The wifi connection was great. The shower was excellent!

A little noisy at night, though it’s on the fourth floor, the noises of the street (people singing in a nearby church group, chatting, street cleaning machined…) was quite high until midnight. It’s a little too expensive.

I read some reviews that the property was quite noisy. We didn’t find that. Though it is true the windows are not well insulated so you can hear everything from outside. So when it is busy in the street it can be noisy and the church bells are very close - that didn’t bother us though.

This property is lovely, as the pictures show. It is in a wonderful location if you want to see the city centre. Not near beaches if that is what you are looking for. Close enough to the metro for the airport. Everything was clean and comfortable and Victoria was really very nice and helpful she explained where everything was and said to contact her with any questions. we had no problems at all and enjoyed our stay.

Nothing we didn’t like… anything in the city centre will be a little noisier during the late evening/early mornings, but that’s not a reflection of the property, rather the lifestyle of Valencia you need to expect.

Property was very clean with great facilities. Location within the city centre was ideal and loved the convenience of the lift (given we were on the 4th floor).

The boiler needed to be reset every day. The grouting between the tiles in the shower had eroded. Some of the cupboard doors in the kitchen were loose on their hinges. The quality of the cups, mugs, glasses was poor. Cutlery was very poor quality. ** The oven is unusable as the thermostat is broken and so the oven overheats. **

Good location, very quiet, spacious rooms, comfy beds. We were on the 4th floor so having a lift was welcome. Glorieta Paz car park was only 100m from the apt. Victoria was exceptionally helpful and very responsive.

Most horrible experience in a private apartment ever. The the floor below us was being demolished so we had to endure drill hammers, metal saws and clouds of dust the entire day. Every day. We literally could not be in the apartment because of the noise and dust. The host was completely unhelpful. This apartment should NOT have been rented under these circumstances. For the apartment itself - everything is old, worn down, not well cleaned (all glasses were dirty). Kitchen utensils are borderline disgusting - just look inside the water boiler. People managing this location should be ashamed and pull it down from Booking. Filed a formal complaint as well.
