Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.

All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. SwitzerlandNothing major. I would have appreciated a water refill station (too many plastic bottles). Note that room 4 is above the kitchen/restaurant, so smell and sound travels up if windows are open. Also note that à la carte dinner is only available on 4 nights per week, 1 night is paella night, 2 nights the restaurant is closed, but many good restaurant suggestions were provided.
Super friendly, helpful and approachable staff, delicious food, beautiful bright and spacious room, strong shower, very clean and comfortable property. Loved the terrace with chairs, table and sunbeds. Great location amidst olive and citrus trees and grazing sheep. Nearby towns best reachable with bike or car. E-Bike rental was a good call and went smoothly with the suggested company. Will definitely consider returning when I’m looking to destress and enjoy the beautiful Majorcan countryside.

United KingdomThe location is superb, in the countryside yet close to Palma and other towns and amenities. It is a very beautiful agroturisme hotel and very tranquil and peaceful. Our room was fabulous, spacious and totally clean and with a large private terrace overlooking fields and mountains. Breakfast was very extensive and taken out on the large back terrace overlooking the countryside. The food at Breakfast , lunch and dinner was excellent and the hotel staff were friendly, welcoming and extremely accomadating, we can't wait to return and can't recommend highly enough.

SpainThe shower seemed like it hadn't been used in a while: most of the holes in the shower head were blocked, the water smelled odd when it came out, and the hot water took a very long time to arrive. The dinner quality was ok, the dinner staff were lovely as was the setting, however the presentation and the food itself wasn't quite up to our expectations based on the price.
The location was fantastic and a very peaceful country setting. It felt remote and quiet, which is exactly what we were looking for. We will definitely recommend to friends!

SwitzerlandThe bread at breakfast wasn't as fresh as we hoped Same for the orange and apple juice The coffee could be better Don't leave any food in the room outside of the fridge because ants will be immediately crawling over it.
The staff was always very helpful and friendly Great pool Very calm and peaceful Great view on the mountains The room is very spacious and we liked that the old finca style was kept

United KingdomWe did find out spa bath took a very long time to run to fill it up, not sure if it was faulty and we didn’t bring it up to reception but that was the one small fault.
It was so peaceful and just such a stunning setting to be in. The room was super spacious and gorgeous. A perfect place to just switch off and relax. The breakfast served daily was delicious and a great selection. The staff were so lovely and accommodating. We did the Paella cooking class which I highly recommend, the chef was great fun and full of knowledge. The staff did everything they could to help, highly recommended- must have use of a car to stay here.

United KingdomOverall I thought it was a bit overpriced but that didn't stop me from enjoying my stay!
The property and setting is absolutely beautiful - it's tranquil, has a lovely pool and is surrounded by fields with sheep, so perfect for relaxing. Having a private terrace (or balcony) looking out onto nature really makes it a great spot to calm down! There's a restaurant where you can pre-order dinners on most days (apart from Thursdays and Sundays) which is quite pricey but very good quality. The breakfast is okay, serving all the basics but nothing special (apart from prosecco which is a nice addition ;) ). The location is good to explore the island, but most places are ca. 20-45min drive away.

United KingdomWe had the room with the bed on a mezzanine level and the spiral staircase was steep and difficult to manage in the night. You need to be active to manage this!
Excellent food and location. Breakfast was good as were the dinners we had. Paella night was excellent.

United KingdomThere was a bit of a problem with ants in the bathroom but, the staff did address this quickly. They didn't mention how much the "paella" night actually cost or what was included until we got the final bill. The room was a bit sparten and lacked character with only a sheet on the bed. It was nice to have an outside terrace but, we were above the chicken run and the kitchen extractor fan. No electrical sockets next to the bed.
The evening dinner service with very tasty home cooked dishes. The "paella" night was a great way to meet other guests and the food was excellent. The location was otherwise peaceful, only a short drive to Sa Pobla and Buger. The double glazing did mean we couldn't hear the chickens in the mornings and the room was a generous size. The terrace was also quite private.

GermanyWe travel a lot but rarely leave an opinion on places were we stay but here i simply need to share my view. Very basic breakfast, coffee not drinkable, i would suggest getting any other coffee machine than the Nescafe they have, it was disgusting. The breakfast room was very dark, the tables outside old and not well maintained. I was mostly disappointed by the fact that the room was simply dirty, i made an inspection before ... spider webs, dust under beds, we were literally invaded by ants that moved to our bags and clothes, the shower was old, cranky doors, wobbling mosquito nest , only one , flat pillow per person. That was simply below my expectation. Even more disappointing since we just arrived from another agritourism nearby and for almost the same price we found an oasis , another dimension, it was just amazing so seeing this we were sad. I know this place is an old XVI century building and it has potential but it does not fall under the 4 stars category at all. I am surprised and this time simply fooled by others opinions that i read before i booked this. You don't need to be a big traveller to see that the property does not comply with the basic standards.
The location was pretty good, also surroundings and the fig trees nearby. Pool was of good size but not really for families with smaller children , it is very deep. I also have to say that the staff was nice and helpful.

RomaniaGiven the price we paid we were quite disappointed: - first of all there was a pest invasion (ants all over the place) which got even into our bed; In our first night we scratched our bodies and killed ants rather then sleeping. After that we spoke at the reception and they used sprays and we did not have the same issue the second night. We did understand that it was extremely hot but insects can be controlled with a proper pest control at the location, some spray is just not enough. - the AC was old (no sleep mode) and was blowing in our heads - no cutlery or larger fridge access (the room fridge is pointless because it does not keep too cold); given that not all nights dinner is available at the site, the first night because we were tired we just stayed at the location and eat some things we bought from the supermarket, however we hardly managed without proper instruments. - breakfast was as well disappointing, knowing that we are in a agrotouristic location we expected fresh products from the animals around and a presentation of each but it was quite basic - due to the old building we could hear noises of insects probably all night - owner passing by with his car in front of the back terrace. We thought that spoiled the privacy, taken the fact that was another access way in front of the property. Overall as said we were disappointed, location is great, it has a great potential, but it lacks investment to keep up with the time, and definitely doesn't stand up to the 4 stars rating.
We liked the location, quiet and peaceful with lots of nature around (orange trees, lemon trees, fig trees) and nearby some sheep and the sky was lovely to look at from the terrace. Also room size was very good. The receptionist was very nice (can't remember her name) and helpful as well as the cook Amaka who's dinner was very tasty. Pool area was looking nice and quite clean.
