Some member of the staff greeted and spoke to me Russian that I felt inappropriate. The speaker on the beach was as loud as in a club, I couldn't relax, I had to move away. The beach is on the opposite side of the road, it's approachable with a bit of walk. The quality of some food was poor, like dry meet or tasteless cakes from the supermarket. Wifi worked properly only in the lobby. Warm water wasn't always available.

For a 3 stars hotel, it was really good. Staff were nice and helpful, the garden looked stunning, equipped with a lot of facilities. View from the room was stunning and had a huge balcony. High variety of food, including salads, sweets, fruits and many more. Seeing from the boat, this area had the most beautiful beach. When I walked a bit further in the see, I could sea corals with some fish above. I was mostly satisfied.

Unfortunately the slides during our stay (3 nights) were not operating for techical reasons. Therfore our children didn't manage to engoy this facility.

The resort was as expected; clean, quite and with all the enterainment we were looking for. The staff was kind and polite, satisfying all our requests. The food is generally good and variable from one day to another.

umbrellas, sunbeds and towels in the beach should be renewed. ACs are really old and there is no remote control. It is difficult in the nights Food can be better, especailly breakfast and deserts were not fresh. There is a loud music in the beach it can be morr peaceful.

It was really clean and every morning they cleaned perfectly. Hotel is really aesthetic, flowers, pool great decoration. Staff was kind and helpful. Hotels private beach is really big and water is great. You should try restaurant in the beach because it is really cheap and delicious.

The location, the cleanliness, the beach, the beds are very confortable, the size and the exterior spaces, the common area of the hotel and most important thing, the polite and gentle staff (all the staff, not just the receptionist) welcoming you and making you sure you don’t miss anything during all the stay.

On value for money basis, I find my stay at the hotel pleasing. My family was happy .... that`s all what I looked for!

The level of cleanliness is exceptional. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the room service. The apartments (I booked 2 apartments) were spacious and well-appointed, with enough space and storage lodgings for my family`s belongings. The terrace was overlooking the garden and the pool with a clear view of the sea .... I did enjoy my time in the terrace. The beach (just across the main street) is great and the shoreline is clean and sandy. The buffet is variable (breakfast and dinner), plentiful and immediately refillable. The pool is very clean and spacious. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and swift. The hotel is located close to several attractions (Hurghada Marina) with various cafes nearby.

The beach located in front of the hotel, you have to cross the street and walk a bit. You can’t really swim depending the timing of the day

The location is good, lot of facilities like 2 big swimming pools with slides for kids, a little parc for kid and the food is also ok (even with a buffet) for the price. Very good value and the personnel is nice. They offered us a late checking. It was very convenient !

My room was with garden view and I could hear the traffic vecause The door facing an avenue and weren’t sound proof

There were so many facilities onside, a cafe, restaurant, spa, beauty salon, gym, playground, swimming pool, large garden area and so on. I felt fully entretained. The beach was jus 5 min walking with crystal water.

The spoon of salt will be a terrible WiFi. We understood that it’s a common issue across the city.

All is good about this hotel- beach with coral reef, territory of the hotel, food, staff and its willingness to help , additional services and shops ( jewellery store inside is a gem , especially for those who seek Ancient Egyptian Gods jewellery). When we arrived and asked for a different room, we were given a new one on the higher floor ( so that we can see the area from the window) without any delays or rejection from the hotel management. Laundry services are cheap and very good.

negatives: everyone harassed us everywhere. everyone kept assuming we’re russian, greeting us with “Dobre”, which may be a positive to russians but it’s a negative to us to have to keep telling everyone that we’re not russian. staff spoke more russian than english. some certain staff kept pressuring us to write a review in front of them, when we repeatedly told them we’ll write one after we leave. when our toilet stopped working, we had to ask twice for someone to finally come and fix it, even though the first time we asked they said someone will come in 10 mins. when the water in our shower stopped working, they said someone will come in 5 minutes but no one came, luckily it started working by itself. the food isn’t labelled whether it has meat in it or not, and we couldn’t ask them either because they didn’t understand what we were asking. you get free drinks with breakfast, but not with dinner, if you want any drink with your dinner, you have to pay for it. staff ask you for your number, and are very pushy with offering their services or asking you to come see their shop. wifi in the rooms is impossible to connect to, and the 3G connection is terrible too. very very loud music til late at night bothered us quite a lot on our first night when we were tired and wanted to sleep early, but after that we enjoyed it a bit more, but it’s still extremely loud. the pool was empty, and then filled, and then empty again, and then filled again. balcony is very small, with kid-size chairs. beds were extremely stiff, including the pillows and the mattress. we had to cross the road and walk 5 mins (or take a tuk-tuk) every day to go down to the “private beach”, they don’t include this in their description. walk from our room to reception was 5 minutes.

positives: the receptionists are very nice. some of the food was good, and after the 2nd night it was presented very nicely, with lots of decorations. the goat’s cheese (or camel cheese? unsure) and tomatoes at breakfast were especially good. they bring us 2 big bottles of water every day. housekeeper was very lovely. on the first day, we got a plate of fruits delivered to our room. we always got towels for the pool and the beach, though sometimes they were dirty. emilio (has a shop near the beach) was very nice and helped us a lot with our sim card, he let us use his hotspot, and even gave us a free sample perfume. the massage guy also helped us, he was the one who called emilio over to help us. 4G on the beach, strong connection. elevator worked.

The facilities is a bit outdated. It has probably been built in the nineties but they’re making some updates. In any case it is clean and safe and absolutely good value for money!

We stayed at Zahabia Resort with all inclusive formula. The room was big and clean. The resort is huge and offers different activities to join during the day and night both for adults and kids. The staff was polite, friendly and really willing to help. Special thanks to the reception guys, Tamer and Ayam, that helped us with our flight tickets and check out. There is a private beach on the other side of the road with a stunning coral reef. You can enjoy an amazing snorkeling by swimming 3 minutes from the seaside. On the beach you can also find a bar, restaurant and football pitch. High value for money!
