Everything was great during our stay. The facilities and the room were very clean, all the hotel staff are great, they treat you like a member of the family. You really feel at home there.

The hotel is very special because of its location, and most importantly, the reception was very nice and ev the assistants were very nice. The location is great and easily accessible from most available public transport, and very close to the Giza Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum.. The staff was extremely helpful and supportive.. They managed things extremely smoothly and they were very friendly to me.. The room was very clean and they provided towels and soap, which is not a common finding for this price.. Excellent value for money... Everything went really well this time, far beyond my expectations! .

There’s nothing I didn’t like about this mini resort. The way everything is arranged, from the huge garden, to the outdoor swimming pool, the bar service, the staff everything is just great. I been living in this hotel for a month and honestly I never had any issues but good surprises. Whenever I am entering the resort I am greeted with smiley faces and beautiful cats! Say Hi to Omar and the rest of the staff from me. Room service is always available which is great.

I recently stayed at the Turquoise Pyramids Palace Hotel and had an overall pleasant experience, with a few minor drawbacks. The room size was perfect, providing ample space to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. The layout was thoughtfully designed, ensuring comfort and convenience with plenty of storage and a cosy seating area. However, it's worth noting that some rooms appeared a bit run down and could use some renovation to match the rest of the hotel's standards. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which significantly enhanced our stay. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The front desk team was always eager to assist with any inquiries or requests (especially Mahomed). Housekeeping was prompt and thorough, ensuring the room was clean and well-stocked with essentials every day. However, there was a slight issue with timekeeping. Some services, like: setting our breakfast , tended to run a bit late, which was a minor inconvenience. Despite this, the staff's friendliness and the overall quality of the hotel made up for it. Overall, the combination of a spacious, comfortable room and the attentive, friendly staff made my stay at the Turquoise Pyramids Palace Hotel truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, keeping in mind the small hiccup with timing. It’s a wonderful place that ensures a memorable stay.

The breakfast has 3 options which are almost the same and has to be to your liking. Furthermore there are only a handful restaurants within walking distance.

This is a hotel with great staff, always ready to help. The pyramids palace serves as a great starting point for exploring the pyramids or traveling to the Oasis or Alexandria. It is a bit far from the city centre but with a taxi/uber you're there in 5/10 minutes. Hotel is next to a busy road, but that is barely noticeable.

The place is calm and has a simple and natural vibe. The internal decor is classical Egyptian arabesque mixed with ancient Egyptian artifacts. The location is premium and great for the price.
