The property need a lot of renovation, specially air conditioning and shower, swimming pool is deep not suitable for kids and no towels service on deck

The check in process is really very bad. We arrived at the hotel 3:00 PM , And we received our room at 5:00 PM. Although we informed them that we have wedding in hotel and need to rest before the wedding. The facilities and furniture are quite old and need renovation.

Very basic room, has nothing to do with a suite except for being spacious.. Very uncomfortable bathroom Asked for a suite for a special occasion anf they got me a room with 2 separate small beds The room service guya knock on the door contineously as if it was police 😑😑

You cant sleep from the speakers at the pool which is directly below almost all rooms. I couldnt sleep at past 9 am

It has a prime location next to Cairo Alexandria gates but has no sea/beach access. The gym was pretty cool.

The room was spacious with a balcony that offered a nice view. However, the breakfast was disappointing. A very nice and quiet place with very nice and helpful staff.

The hotel is relatively old, with no air conditioning in the corridors, facilities are dilapidated. Overall, the entire hotel needs more attention and renovation.

The stuff really tried their best to help with making our stay to be the best experience, especially the receptionist.

I never found one single thing to like about this property. It all started when I arrived with my family and kept beeping the horn to have the bell-boy showing up after I got out of the car to get them carrying out luggage. The hallway to the room was as hot as an oven in the middle of the summer. The room is extremely tiny without any good facility. There was no comfortable chair in the room, only ONE wooden chair that put my back in a bad pain and me and my wife were playing music game to sit on it. Very bad stay and I will never repeat my experience. People were friendly somehow and service was too poor. Breakfast does not differ from having a low class dine at any cheap restaurant, worst location with so many crowds. Never repeat my mistake!!!!!

Worst experience ever in my travelling to more than 100's of 5 star hotels during the past 25 years, 1) 1st time in my life in a 5 star hotel the A/C breaks down and the reception responded by changing the room at 3am 2) Toilets are very poorly designed 3) Breakfast is very low quality and eggs were rotten 4) Swimming pool very unclean, poor quality of tiles and filtration systems I strongly recommend not book in this hotel, simply no value for the money.

Cleanliness Food Room service Less staff No kids area or not functioning well You need to ask 100 times for simple requests like juice or soda Order room service to get vegetable soup, they serve it with no salt, paper, lemon, and no Spon, request for fresh juice came literally hot and no ice I have to ask 3 time and no action even after calling the restaurant manager they came late, not to mention that pizza was the worse ever
