Although I encountered a minor issue with the card machine not accepting my foreign currency Egyptian bank card, Mr. Hassan was incredibly helpful and quickly resolved the problem. Despite the staff not being aware of this particular issue, I was prepared and used a different bank card issued outside Egypt. Mr. Hassan's swift assistance and proposed solution ensured that my stay remained pleasant and hassle-free. His professionalism and attentiveness to my concern were truly commendable.

I really enjoyed my two night stay at Tolip North Coast. The hotel is beautiful and modern, my room was stunning with a beautiful view. The hotel staff were extremely nice and welcoming. Special thanks to Mr Hassan, the duty manager, as well as Mohamed and Ahmed at the front desk. Wonderful hotel! I would stay here again and have told my friends about it.

We had a very nice vacation at Tolip North Coast. The sea view was wonderful, and the beach was amazing. Our kids enjoyed the playing area and green spaces. Large pools were everywhere, and there is a dedicated one for the kids with some water slides and a fountain in the main pool area. Every place was very clean and luxurious. The staff were very friendly and helpful; they selected a perfect suite for us near the restaurant to make it easy for my old mother, and they offered her a wheelchair all the time. Special thanks to Mr. Hassan Elsaka, who was always there, taking care of everything. I definitely recommend Tolip North Coast.

-Need to have some activities and water sports on the beach. -Swimming pool need to be heated. -When I realized I had lost something in the hotel room during check out, I did not receive a call from the hotel. Instead, I had to initiate the inquiry about my lost item. While they eventually delivered my item, I believe it should have been the responsibility of the hotel to inform me first about my lost item.

Location is not faraway from Cairo. Staff is helpful and fast responded. Beach is clean and sandy.

Brand new luxurious hotel. Everywhere was spotless. Smooth check in and out. The staff are super friendly. Mr Hassan from the reception went above and beyond to facilitate our accommodation. He kept checking how we are doing daily. The food was delicious. The swimming pool and the night show was good. I would definitely revisit this hotel again.

The current renovation that takes place on the lobby

I stayed at Tolip Al Sahel Hotel at K 80 four times since last summer and durring winter seasons. I enjoyed my staying there with my family. The hotel's features are the variety of accommodations between independent villas, groups of villas, and chalets, in addition to the usual hotel rooms with a main Olympic-sized swimming pool, and the availability of entertainment areas in the summer, such as theatre, cinema, and others. The hotel also enjoys a prime location on the northern coast, close to Burj Al Arab Airport, Alamein City, Alexandria city, and the shopping center, which is several kilometers away. The hotel provides distinguished service provided by a trained team, starting from the security staff to room services, house keeping, transportation, and various services at the swimming pool and the beach. During my recent stay in February, I would like to thank Mr. Hassan Al-Sakka for his amazing hospitality and daily follow-up to provide the best service to me and my family, provide all kinds of facilities, and solve any urgent problem. I recommend the hotel to stay and enjoy for all those who are looking for discipline, calm and comfort

So, our first morning was absolutely horrible because we woke up with huge amount of ants in our bed. They were everywhere: under a duvet, under a sheet and it was disgusting. But the staff immediately responded and processed the whole chalet, replaced our mattress and bed linen. This time we were enjoying the sea)

We stayed at a chalet on the ground floor. We stays here every year and love this place. Our chalet had everything we beed for comfortable staying. This time we met some troubles but the stuff reacted extremely quickly and solve every issue that took place.

The room service and baggage services were very slow and almost unresponsive. As it was offseason there was little other attractions for the children and some variety would have been better. There was little else outside of the resort to do.

The hotel was generally well kept, and the staff were polite and helpful. The location was good for us and the room size was great. The facilities were adequate as we went during off season. The beach was the main attraction. Breakfast and dinner buffet was good with a sufficient variety of items.
