The satellite was not working properly, and we requested a maintenance which was promised to be fixed but never did. House keeping staff are good cleaners but never did the beds. Breakfast was poor being the only meal the property includes in the accomodation.

The best thing was the view of the suite - Suez Canal view.

The toilet had bad smell, the pool was not very clean, yet it was big and not crowded. The security check on the way to and from the hotel is too much. No nearby supermarkets. When I asked to deliver the food to the room, one time they asked for 50 pounds and next day they asked for 100 pounds! At the end I paid only 50 pounds per the delivery. Also they took too long to respond to my requests. They have limited number of workers.

The location and its long distance from the city, the shortage of staff, facilities are not available all the day. No piscine for children. No swing for children.

The view is comfortable. The suite is wide enough.

some of the stuff are not professional, I had to call the reception everyday to get someone to clean the suite , we were 4 adults and one 4 years old kid, our reservation was included breakfast and they didn’t want to serve a breakfast for the kid!! they told us only breakfast for the adults!!! as far as I know kids below 6 years is free of charge there is nothing beside the hotel no supermarket no pharmacy

Absolutely unprofessional staff, I wanted to go to the city at nine in the evening, and at the exit of the hotel, the security person opened the exit gate to pass my car, and when I returned to the hotel, I discovered that there are times to cross the Suez Canal and that the tunnel leading to the hotel closes at 12AM No one in the hotel or the security man mentioned it to me. I had to stay overnight on the street with my wife, I tried to call the hotel several times to get their help but no one answered any of my phones Fortunately, I had the personal number of one of the employees, so I called him After an hour of unsuccessful contact attempts, he answered me and transferred my problem to the hotel, and I must mention that Mr. Remon came by himself to take me to another way to cross the Suez Canal and be able to enter the hotel It was a road about 60 kilometers away, but that was a wonderful gesture from Mr. Remon, the hotel's Marketing manger We were allowed to delay our hotel check-out the next day due to the circumstance that just happened But when we left the hotel the security person at the gate didn't let us leave because they just look in the rooms that everything is ok and that's never happened to me before He asked us to go back to the reception So I went there and asked if everything was ok? He told me without looking at me Yes you can go, have a nice day I did not understand why they asked me to go back to the hotel and then said there was nothing It was a very bad experience.

The lack of facilities and the location which you have to cross the Tahia Masr tunnels and you have to spend around 20 min minimum in crossing the tunnel including the security check up

The house keeping takes ages to reply to ur request or even do it. The Restaurant is far away from the rooms & if u asked to have an order from it, they charge you a delivery fee!!! The stuff are friendly though.
