Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We spent 7 wonderful days in the hotel. We got the most wonderful room. The food was delicious and so were the cocktails. The children enjoyed the water park. The beach and the park were especially beautiful. Everyone was very nice at the hotel. We didn't explore the area because we traveled a lot for optional programs (Cairo, Luxor, Orange Bay). Next time we will spend more time in the hotel, because there are many things we have not yet discovered or tried. The bed was also incredibly comfortable, we slept very well. Thank you Titanic Palace!

GermanyWater in swimming pools was cold and both me and my wife caught a cold after swimming in it (and we live in Germany, we're used to cold water), but to be fair we don't really blame hotel for that, it was unusually windy and cold wind made water colder.
We had a misfortune our flight was postponed so we arrived early morning and had to sleep in the lobby the whole night; hotel management offered us upgraded rooms in the morning for that. There was a lots and lots of different food, all of it tasted well. Staff was very polite. Before every excursion and even when we were about to leave they offered us lunch packets.

Our first time in titanic palace hotel we try one night to check the hotel facilities then we decide to continue with new booking , hotel amazing, pools very beautiful, staff friendly, restaurant tasty and there's a lot of chioes, 2 main restaurant and 5 ala cart restaurant which means variety, finally I would like to thank reception staff puala and Ahmed yazeed helpful and smelling and they give us special care from the check in and keep looking after us ,

The resort was perfect in each detail; the reception was welcoming and helpful (Thanks to Vana). The hotel offered a large family suite with a pool view and late checkout. The food was delicious with a wide variety. The coffee and drinks were excellent. The snacks were very nice. The staff is very polite and smiley. Aqua was exciting and interesting, foam party too. Also, there are many relaxing pools.

Staff is so friendly. Many thank for Mr Islam and Mr Mohammed in front office. Mr mahmoud in lobby bar. It’s really great to see always the assistant general manager of hotel in and always asking guests about their experience with hotel. Animation team not so bad. Pool bar staff are amazing specially abdo. Beshoy and his friends in games center they are fantastic guys. Many thanks for Ms Reem in lobby bar for her service.
