Everything is exceptional in this hotel comparing with its very reasonable price; reception staff like Ms. Doaa, Ms. Maryam & Mr. Tarek, Mr. Hesham are very helpful and welcoming, all other staff like Chef Emad & his team and even the house keepers are amazing persons and do their best to keep you comfortable. Rooms are super clean & quiet and hotel as a whole lies in a secured quiet compound with easy accessibility to all places in Cairo by Uber or similar. Breakfast is very good with good variety. I really loved the place and definitely would come back.

Everything is amazing, staff like Mr. Hesham, Ms. Doaa, Ms. Maryam,,Mr. Tarek, Chef Emad, even house keepers all are nice and extraordinary helpful. Location is very quiet in a secured compound and all places are accessible by Uber or similar, room is super clean, breakfast is very good, price is very reasonable compared with the surface provided. I really loved the place and I might come back whenever I’m in Cairo.

The entrance for the compound is only from one gate, which made it difficult to Uber reaching the hotel sometimes. But we made it so that’s not a big problem 🙂

The rooms are of a high level of cleanliness more than I expected. The staff are very friendly and helpful, staff is always interested in your satisfaction especially Tariq from reception who helped me a lot And Doaa the laundryManager. Everything was perfect. Happy to stay at this hotel.

Breakfast food specially croissant and cup-cakes were not fresh all were dry. As I was staying on the top floor room 402, the water is suddenly cut off without informing the guest (my point of view is hotel should always taking care of this point and watch it imagen the guest is taking shower and this happened, how he or she come out from shower to call the reception? it is unacceptable.

very causey hotel, location was fine, staff were very helpful and friendly. quite room on the top floor I really recommend, but it is not romantic room at all.

the major problem was the transportation using upper is abig problem because the hotel is located inside the compound where facing a big trouble witg every trip with the security

Easy check in and out. Good value for the money. Quiet yet central community. Friendly staff. The place looks exactly like the photos. The hotel manager was extremely helpful to sort out an issue with the booking.

Staff doesn’t really speak English. Smell of cigarettes in the room (carpets are everywhere); air conditioning makes a lot of noise; location is difficult to find, even with address, I had a lot of problems with taxi. No restaurant.

The best thing about this property, aside from the clean rooms and garden and seating areas, was the staff. I’ve been in the tourism business for over 10 years and I’ve never seen friendlier staff. They all need a raise, they really do go above and beyond to help guests. Special thanks to Ms. Doaa, Ms. Maryam, Ms. Rana, Mr. Akram, Mr. Mostafa, Mr. Ahmed and all the amazing staff who have helped me throughout my stay.. I’m sorry if I forgot any names but every single one of the staff was really wonderful and I can’t thank them enough for everything they’ve done for me. Again, thank you all so much ❤️❤️❤️

I loved the garden and how quiet the whole property was.. I needed that calm and quiet during my stay and it was just perfect. Also the staff were amazing, Ms. Doaa made sure I had everything I needed and whatever was missing, she immediately provided. Ms. Maryam was very accommodating and made sure I stayed in the room after I’ve booked multiple stays for the same period of time. Ms. Rana made sure I was staying in a clean and comfortable room along with other staff members. Mr. Akram has been a great help especially when medical attention was needed and he used his medical background for the rescue. Mr. Mostafa was very attentive and helpful, he helped carry all of my stuff when I was too sick to carry anything even though this isn’t his job. Overall the whole staff was amazing and I wish I could see more of their examples in every hotel at which I stay in the world. Thank you all for everything.

The mini fridge was a but loud and the bedsheets has a low thread count so they were a little rough
