The rooms are very old and not that clean even though the very generous guy who cleans the room but the room itself is not that nice, air freshener smell is not nice, air conditioner is very old and doesn't do the job very well, balacony door makes a bad noise, glasses are not clean enough to drink any thing in it

1. No seats available alwas in beach or pool ( over crowded beach never find any available seats, 2 staff members are not friendly or clean shape 3. Food is very, very bad, taste and quality, we alwas sick from it 4. Not allowed for you to use beach Aqua (only Nesmet Amal resort can use) 5. Not allowed for you to use the bar or drinks in the beach 6. Many Seats on beach pool are reserved by (life guards) themselves, and you can pay money to get available one. 7. Restaurant AC is not working at all. You are laterally eaten in OVEN. 8. Dirty loopy bathroom 9. Very bad quality for drinks or food. 10. You can not sleep from noisy songs running till 12 Am.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! hello everyone, i usually never write reviews of any kind but i have to share this horrible experience with you. i hope you dont make the same mistake as we did and book this hotel. when we first got into the hotel the staff was not friendly at all and we didnt get any information about what is included in our package, when we can eat and how anything works. thats when we also got the wifi password. we knew that there was not going to be wifi in the rooms but only in the lobby. unfortunately even in the lobby it didnt work at all. even loading a simple website would take 5 minutes, if it worked. when we got into the room we immediately had to take 3 long hairs out of our bed. the bed was quite comfy but the bathroom was the next problem. the shower is very small and looked disgusting, to be honest. when we showered, at some point the cold water just turned off in the entire bathroom, so you couldnt even wash your hands for multiple minutes. the food was available at reasonable times but it was highly repetetive, there werent many options and it wasnt delicious. lunch and dinner are exactly the same and also not different from day to day. we suspect that the not eaten food from lunch gets recycled for dinner. in addition the overall standard for hygiene isnt high. some forks seemed dirty and the trays where they displayed the desserts had some rests from the previous rounds of cake (as shown in the pictures). when we wanted to play pool, we were told that it costs 3 dollars. only a few days later another staff member told us that it actually would have been included in our package. this seems like the first staff member tried to rip us off. we booked the hotel because of the swimming pool access. when we arrived the pool was green and there were signs that said the cleaning was in progress. we had been told that the pool would have been accessable the day after 3 days in a row. as you might already think, that didnt happen…

Flies in restaurant, on the buffet food and all around the dishes. No air conditioning in restaurant or lobby. Room towels were delivered on the third day after multiple arguments Toilet tissues were delivered after we requested One room trash bin was delivered on the third day after multiple requests and we had to use it for the room and the toilet. No shower curtain No hot water in room Pool towels were not available most of the time, we could only get 2 even though we had 4 towel cards. Staff are two categories either very polite or extremely rude. Rude staff were shouting and yelling at guests. Food is low quality and limited variety. No snacks between meals, only beverage. Coffee is extremely bad. No batteries for the TV remote, we requested and didn't receive.

Hurghada is extremely beautiful, if it wasn't for the attractions of the city the vacation would have been a disaster. The aquapark at the pool is ok for young children

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I am surprised how it is 3 stars hotel. Every thing they mentioned in their description is just a lie. The lobby is warm crowded ,dirty and they mentioned free wifi , there is no active connection at all in the lobby and when I asked they told the data package has ended and needs renewal . The restaurant is another major problem, I booked all inclusive so I have the chance to try all meals. Most of times no forks, knives or spoons unless you ask specifically for this , I had to complain to one of the manager to get it. Despite it is Buffet there is somebody on each dish to make sure you do not take extra than what they want you to , I am surprised why this the food is already tasteless and not fresh. The rooms are ok but no kettles in the room , the electricity and water was off for hours every day and I needed to go to reception to ask them to fix it . Imagine in this hot weather with temp 43c I am sitting in the hotel with no AC. We tried the beach which is shared with Empire Beach Hotel and it was very crowded and we barely found place to sit. Overall , I would not recommend this hotel to anybody at all.

Dinner was better than breakfast.. i loved all the traditional dishes and vegtables / salads / soup.. There was free wifi in the lobby and free juice and water .. even a bancomat to change money.. Reception was super helpful.. all the tips and advice you need .. The hotel was quiet with only a few guests.. The pool as you can see is Very Nice. and the Hotel has a sister hotel with a beach just 100 meters.. Very Nice.. Indeed ..

This is no longer a three corners facility! Will never ever stay in this place again: Doesn't worth a penny, don't ever think to go there! I reserved 3 rooms for my family and we found the rooms facilities too old with plumbing issues and old furniture loudy AC and many other negative things, the corridors were not clean at all and the elevators are always broken ! House keeping: keeps forgetting to replace towels Food:no variety !! its like Army food " rice and beans" some times you find meat and chicken but when you find them you'll fight to get yourself a piece ! Hygiene: worst ! The worst hotel in hurghada Cats are every where in the restaurant and they sometimes enter the kitchen ! We talked to the Managers there and we raised a complaint regarding our situation They ignore all booking.com  communications and they just keep saying sorry :/ we will improve our service, and they just do letterly nothing ! We talked to the owner, his overall mindset  is cost reduction he didn't  spare an effort to Satisfy  us. we wanted to leave two days before 25/04/2023 just a day after our check in 22/4/2023 they refused !! They told us this is nonrefundable, we had to stay in that prison for 4 days. Another negative feedback!!! No life guards and someone died "drowned "on the beach on 24th of Apirl 2023 !!! The police was everywhere and we were so frightened of the situation. Feedback  on the general manager's behaviour: after we talked to the manger twice - because we were straving for two days because of the food quality -he finally agreed to offer a substitutional -set menu- instead of the open buffet  option! And they served french fries and chicken and meat they called it mix grill but it wasn't!! The Manager sent with one of his employees a "Declaration of satisfaction " form that they have compensated us with that meal !! And i have to sign it !!

stayed 2 weeks at empire hotel Im very happy and would recomend. Hotel was clean and everything very easy and friendly. Lunch at the beach was amazing very good fresh fish. Dinner at the hotel as buffet more traditional food,rice,patatoes, vegtables,chicken and fish very tasty. Staff very easy going and always ready to help you in anything! I really felt welcome and will come back. Thanks to both mohammed and Ali they were 10/10 and very special thanks to Hasan and Nubi the restaurant managers they do everything to enjoy your stay to the fullest. shkran! Thank you for the peacefull stay.
