We would have preferred more time to settle in before being offered the range of activities. Evening entertainment would have been a good.

Range of food options great. The spa was brilliant. Lots of space and we enjoyed the private beach.

- The food wasn’t that good. Although there were a lot of restraunts and different cuisines to choose from, the quality of the food needs improvement. - There were no toilet faucets in the bathrooms (shatafa), which was very inconvenient for us. However, you can request to install one in your room’s bathroom and you can use the handicap bathrooms in different locations, which is what we did. - Bathroom towels and robe were old and over used, they need to be changed.

We had a wonderful vacation at this hotel. - Mr. Hanna and the staff were very nice and very helpful. Doing their best to make our stay comfortable. - The beach is amazing and we enjoyed snorkeling where we saw a lot of different fish - The infinity pool was the highlight of our stay, it’s view was amazing.

Incredible atmosphere, the staff and the good heart of Mr Hannah, a man who I admire and uses his heart, a real example of professionalism. I could list everyone from the staff members, from the pool to the restaurants. An incredible place that took my heart. I recommend it for anyone who wants to rest and enjoy their time in a special place.

The drinks are not very high quality, there is some space for improvement in that area.

Every single corner of the hotel complex is impeccably beautiful and well taken care of. The staff is very friendly. Cheers to the bartenders at Chill Out Bar, who were wonderful. And a special thanks to our butler Hanna, who made our days in the hotel even better.

We had a fabulous stay here. Everything was amazing and so relaxing. We only had 4 nights here but got to eat in a variety of their restaurants for lunch and dinner and the food was always really nice and varied. The staff were all genuinely friendly and helpful. It was Johan who showed us around on arrival , helped us with reservations etc and always checked in to make sure everything was going well. I can’t remember many names but Ahmed at breakfast always had a smile looking after us in the morning. We spent our days on the beach and the waiters were very attentive there also. Yes you do need shoes for the water directly infront of the hotel but the snorkelling is amazing and they have buoys/ropes around so you feel very safe. The room, hotel building and grounds were spotlessly clean at all times. We left to go to Luxor and had another hotel booked back in Hurghada after our trip, but it did not compare to Makadi Spa! Would love to stay here again!

Leaving the hotel.

Calm, romantic and ultra luxury. Hotel’s architecture is chic and authentic. Food was good, breakfast has not many options but everything they have is good quality so it wasn't a problem for us. Delicious dinners in Ala Carte restaurants are free of extra charge. Amazing sea with corals and very rich underwater life. (bring sea shoes and please don't step on the corals!!) Staff is very well natured and helpful. Special thanks a lot to Mr. Hanna Rayed for his extra care and hospitality. It was definetly a honeymoon we will not forget. Until next time!

Amazing hotel by the beach, lots of coral and fish to see, amazing service and staff including the main bar Bar Manager A’alaa and Saleh also Hanna was very helpful in organising our dinner reservations. We will definitely come back again.

Everything but the staff service was absolutely the best. I had the chance to celebrate my birthday there, and the staff did prepared an amazing cake for myself. I would like to thanks again the staff for their hospitality and their kindness throughout our stay at the Makadi Spa. I would recommend to my friends without any doubts!

Very poor internet connection and they charge extra 35EUR for wifi access in the room and by the pool! :( free wifi only in the lobby

Very nice and cosy hotel on the beach with lot of equipment in the resort, atm, souvenir and clothes shops, pharmacy, gym, tennis courts etc. The food was fantastic, you can choose from many restaurants that are included in All Inclusive (world, oriental, italian etc.) The hotel staff managed for us 1 day private trip to Luxor for 300EUR that included private cruise on the Nile river, lunch and tickets to many of the ancient palace complexes and the thombs. The Luxor trip was so amazing and absolutely highlight of our short trip to Egypt. Also want to recommend our favorite bartender Mr. Aladin from the main bar in the hotel lobby and his great cocktail skills and his friendly and warm attitude towards the guests, he made our evenings in the hotel very special.

Water heater in bathroom wasnt working one day. Pools not heated

Hospitality of the staff and the awesomne sea view from my room. Food menu was very variable with many cuisines . Rooms is very clean. The nature around the hotel is phenomenal
