The rooms are very noisy, no real sound proofing. We were on the bottom floor so could hear everyone that came in and out of the hotel and rooftop.

The rooftop is INCREDIBLE! A amazing view of the pyramids and at night you at watch and listen to the light and sound show on the pyramids. Room was basic, but had everything you needed!

Bedsheets need to be changed entirely, despite they're being cleaned they retain the hair and makes it look dirty. Breakfast is good but service is slow and food come seperately makes it unpleasent. at breakfast service they need more stuff.

Great location, view, friendly and helpfull staff, juices, in general clean except the bedsheets. good wifi

    Best choice for Giza

Some rooms dont have any window or balcony, double check it with reception before you come to hotel if you are a smoker. Breakfast service is a bit slow and sometimes you have to ask 2-3 times. If you have kids dont forget to carry some food near you for breakfast (Chocolate cream, honey, olive, white cheese maybe, sausace, peanutt butter etc)

If you want to rest near pyramids; this hotel is the true selection. You can watch Lights & Sounds show everyday at the roof reastaurant. They also play your special songs and dance with you. Special thanks to reception stuff Amr, Shad (Askim Askim :)) ), Emad, Eslam and Hussin. Waiter Castello knows his job and very professional, and the curly haired little boy who waits at floor we will miss you :)) Dont forget to drop tip to stuff. Reception exchange money at current rate, no tricks, and you can take some buggy tour, pyramid tour or Nile ship tour with guide from them. We took a buggy and Giza tour and it was fine.

We love the only one thing - the view. It was amazing. Other things were very very average. We booked a suite with jacuzzi. It looks nice in the pictures, but we experencied a real “expextations vs reality” scenario there 😁 Breakfast were very average too, but I think it is normal in Egypt. By the way: staff members are very helpful and careful. Thank you ❤️

Room -> Cover of shower was broken and water was in whole bathroom after shower. No heaters in restaurant (evenings are cold). No menu in restaurant, you have to download it from net and they told us there is no wifi at restaurant. Menu has 28MB, my iphone could not download it and consumed 450MBs from roaming due to multiple attempts to download it(really expensive dinner). Breakfast is poor, it's omelet with bread and one jogurt, with no other options. You cannot order anything to drink, even they have breakfast menu. You can have bottle of water or coffee, but no juice or smoothie. Dinner was nightmare. At reception, they promised us welcome drink. We ordered dinner and waited 1 hour for appetizer. Asked 3 times about welcome drink and they gave us 40ml of juice in paper cup. Quality of food was ok, but service was really bad. 6 waiters and we had to come to bar when we wanted to order anything. We also had to ask them 3 times to clean the tables, because they were dirty from previous guests.

The location of hotel is good, it's in front of pyramids, easy to find. Overall feeling of hotel is good. The staff at reception is great and ready to help you. Room was clean with free bottle of water. Food at restaurant was ok - better than in other restaurants in Giza. Rooftop is nice.

As the hotel location is along the exit of the Pyramids, coming back here after our tour in the evening when the Pyramids closed for the day was pretty much a traffic headache. The rooms were fine, bathroom was a little cramped but there is some noise due to the traffic and the camels reporting for work. Also, they mentioned that the breakfast starts at 7, but at 7.05am the staff were slowly trickling in for work, and the breakfast was only served in parts starting from 7.30am onwards, so please be informed of this if you're rushing for a tour in the morning

The location was great, it was right opposite the gates to the sound and light show, great view of the Pyramids, especially at the rooftop.

A male member twice trie to rip us off. as we left the hotel, once telling us it wasn't save he needs to go with us and then trying to convince us to get camel outside for 800pounds, when we knew it was 500pounds inside pyramids. I feel he has been unfair and rude towards us all for a simple tip...

Great location to see and enter into the pyramids, you can enjoy the light and sound show from the rooftop bar, The food is really nice and a good price. Nice breakfast served in the morning. All staff are young but helpful.

Staff told us different things every time we ask. Like if the room is ready, or how much we pay. They don't operate as a team. Also we would have to ask multiple times to get anything at the rooftop restaurant, as they would keep forgetting. The staff are a young bunch which is nice but they have some learning to do!

The rooms are very nice, and the location is absolutely perfect for a view of the pyramids. The hotel is much more modern than others in the area too.

We stayed just 1 night at Shadow Pyramid Inn as a stopover from Sharm. Shaad at reception was fantastic! She was so lovely and welcoming, really gave her best. We went up to the roof top for an amazing view of the pyramids, we saw the light show from here which was really great. Costello took some fab photos for me, they provided a blanket as there was breeze, he was so lovely and helpful. We ordered food, alfredo pasta and chicken Quesadilla were really tasty and the oreo milkshake was amazing! There was a pretty romantic table set up for a couples special night, it was so cute! The room was basic, no window in the room we had but thats ok as the roof top was great. However, it was very loud at night, lots of guests coming and going so didnt get much sleep. BUT the customer service made up for this, would definitely recommend this for a short stay for the people and the view.

This was the best hotel we tried in 10 days in egypt We stayed for the first two nights and we ended up staying again the last night. The staff is simply amazing! Islam was incredibly helpful he helped us in every way possible and always with a smile. Shad and Mira were super smiley and always ready to help. The rooms were clean and they give you free water whenever you like which is very uncommon in other hotels. The rooftop is stunning! Umbelievable view in front of the pyramids we just loved everything!

The hotel is not so clean and the area too. It smells a lot from the horses and it is really too crowded and loud during the day. During the night had also some noise and it was not a good choice in general. The breakfast was served in the roof garden with lot of sun and the breakfast was really a bad one.

The hotel is really close to the pyramids but it is really noisy during the day. Not so much things to like there as the room was too small and the images in the booking were not the correct ones for the view and the balcony.

If you are going to stay anywhere in Cairo it has got to be at the Shadow Pyramids Palace in Giza. All of the staff couldn´t have done enough for us, we were made to feel so special. Eslam organised all of our trips and travel in and around Giza and Cairo, Shahd looked after us during the day, and Amr at night, attending to any request we had in the hotel. They organised our excellent tour guide Aya to show us all of the amazing sites, with our brilliant driver Mustafa who kept us safe on the roads lol!! Everyone that works in the hotel and rooftop restaurant are so friendly and helpful. The rooftop restaurant serves fantastic food, and has the best view in town! It was a dream come true waking up to the pyramids outside our window every morning!! It was my birthday whilst there, and one I will always remember as everyone made it so special, we can´t thank them enough. Highly recommend, and we will definitely be back :)

We booked the room for the view. The view was partial and the hotel under average . Thee is not a reason to pay more money to stay in this hotel. Find a cheaper room and go to the roof top of the this hotel to drink a beer with a nice view . Be careful because in the same building there are 2 hotels which sells the “view” of pyramids , Shadow pyramids and Tree
