Very very remarkable experience at the Posch club, even the standard service was beyound amazing. We had the swim up suite with the posch club access which was something out of this world.

The place was awesome, so many restaurants to eat at each day and the staff were great! Especially the receptionists Yasser and khaled & our bell boy Nasser. We were made to feel at home & how our every need tended too even if it was out of their job description.

Everything was incredible. Excellent Service, Mr. Sayed was very helpful and made sure we had a lovely stay, the entire staff is very nice, always going above and beyond for your comfort and satisfaction. Very clean hotel, high quality food options, cool vibe, lots of non-alcoholic drinks variations and fresh juices and cocktails. We're definitely looking forward to come back again!

Variety of food “alla carte” could have been more and music at the pool should have been a bit more upbeat and louder

Everything from the staff, the cleanliness, the facility and the overall vibes Also, Mahmoud and Abram from the pool bar have been amazing and so much fun, chef Said from Gaia restaurant has been exceptional, Ahmed from Lucina restaurant and finally Lotfy from the lobby/cart service

Only comment was the food in Yades restaurant. It wasn’t up to my expectations but otherwise the food was good.

Facilities, restaurants, animation team everything was great! We enjoyed our time very much and didn’t have to leave the hotel! (Special call out for Shady and Marly from the animation team who made our stay very pleasant and full of activities. Special call out for Lotfy as well who helped ua fix our car!)

After a month in Luxor, coming to Hurghada and staying in this lovely resort was a literal oasis. Food was Excellent, drinks and service always was good, room a little small, however shower room and a balcony balance it. I can't wait to comeback.

Very minor details - the beach is a bit overcrowded and in my opinion the hotel should be adults only.

Absolutely amazing hotel! The room was spotless and so relaxing, the food was incredible, the staff and service was 10/10. The staff can’t do enough for you, you are really looked after and nothing is too much trouble. We will be back soon!

Amazing staff, management, reception, chefs and waiters also the guys that drive the buggys, all friendly and good people. Very helpful. Great location best place in makadi bay, spa massages was the best. We will come again. If you stay in hurgada you must stay here. 10/10

The gym was in the sister hotel which meant it was like a 10 minute walk but atleast it is the most scenic walk. The gym facilities are amazing.

This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The food was AMAZING and staff evern better. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was amazing and I will definitely be back. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great overall experience The facility is brand new and well maintained. The level of hospitality is world class. All staff members are willing to help and satisfy the guest in any way possible. This is something I felt from everyone. Specially in the main restaurant Lucina. The quality of the food and beverage is 5 star and the options are wide and changed on daily basis. The weather was a bit chilly for the beach, but the heated pool was great for a dip in the sunshine. Spent 6 days and would definitely return in the future

Our stay at the hotel was nothing short of exceptional! The rooms were consistently pristine, the location picturesque, and there was a diverse range of activities catering to all ages. Boredom was never an issue. Our vacation was practically perfect – from the outstanding dining experience to the service exceeding our expectations. The reception was highly professional, and our butler was incredibly helpful and always available. The care provided by the staff, especially for our little one, was heartwarming. Amazing! From the check in the receptionist was really helpful and kind,he always help when we needed him. The room was also really beautiful and always clean,the hotel staff did daily checkups to ask if everything is okay with our room. The food was amazing,both in the a la carte and in the posh club restaurant. Chef Mahmoud Al Khatib helped us choosing food and he was always really helpful in the a la carte restaurant.In posh club Chef Islam made amazing food.
