Nothing! ...... Only that we had to come home. The spa and tour sales people can be a nuisance, but the pool staff can give you a red flag to put up so you don't get bothered.

Everything was amazing, Food all excellent, thank you chef sherif. Hotel was immaculate including all the communal toilets. Managers all friendly, regular calls to the room to see if we needed anything. Especially Mohamed Moustafa who kept in touch throughout our trip and could not do enough to help us. Entertainment team kept us entertained with colour, foam and pool parties, dance lessons and aerobics etc, all very friendly and helpful. Lifeguards always on the alert to help where needed. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. An example was my husband was taken poorly. The room boy noticed he wasn't up and about and unwell, and the manager rang us to see how he could help. Then Asmaa from Guest relations got in touch, she went over and above to offer any help with my husband Alan, provisions were sent to the room. We were given longer check out time and then extra at discount which made the whole process less stressful and meant Alan was well enough to travel. I wish I knew all the names as every member of staff was incredible, so apologies any names i have missed off, especially Mahmoud who kept our room spotless in block 26 and also the pool staff Abdol and his team, who made our 40th wedding anniversary celebrations the best we could hope for. Along with the Asian restaurant and the Italian, we were totally spoilt. Also Ishmael a lifeguard on the beach, has become a friend and we love getting to know about him and his family, as we do with all the staff. And not forgetting the gardeners who keep the gardens immaculate and always have a smile, even the when maintenance was carried out the men were friendly and worked hard in the heat with no disruption to our enjoyment.

Animation was poor. I feel bored at the pool, the dance courses and stretching were awful and unprofessional at all.

Still the most beautiful resort in Hurghada. The staff are impeccable, service is top , food and drinks are excellent. Highly recommended for a relaxing holiday.

Regarding the international restaurant with the buffet, after went inside to take the food every time my clothes smelled very bad of food. Moreover I understand that there are a lot of people that sit eat and leave, but the tables are often very dirty.

My stay at Sunrise Hotel in Sahl Hasheesh was fantastic. The room was spacious with great Red Sea views. The dining options were varied and delicious. The infinity pool and spa were perfect for relaxation, and the snorkeling trips were unforgettable. The staff were friendly and attentive. Highly recommend it and can't wait to return!

The hotel doesn't have its Golf Car (They had one but is not working) and we had to stay 10-30 minutes before a golf car arrives from Sunrise garden (They have more than one functioning golf car). Although the staff showed great professionalism and did what they can, the management needs to buy more than one new golf cars as it is important in cases of emergencies.

Great staff especially Omar and Hossam at the pool bar who despite rush hours and a busy bar showed great professionalism. Also worth mentioning Sara from Guest relation who was always there to help or to accommodate with any difficulties.

Food safety and hygiene protocols needs attention (i.e plates handling , holding glasses by the base , etc…)

I truly enjoyed my experience at Sunrise Mamlouk Hotel. The cuisine was exceptional, and I extend my thanks to Chef Sherif. The beach was picturesque, and the accommodations were comfortable. I want to express my gratitude to Mr. Sayed and Mr. Hassan from the front office team for their assistance. I highly recommend paying a visit.

Nothing major. Rooms, especially bathrooms are bit dated and could do with a refurb, however they are clean and it did not spoil our holidays , overall a minor issue. Using the hairdryer was a bit of a pain and no english sockets, so adapter is needed but was quickly provided by room service. Had problems with beauty room service ( they don't belong to the hotel but sell their services and sales persons can be quite aggressive plus service wasn't great) but guest relation team of hotel sorted this issue for us. Thank you Mr. Nabil .

Staff is exceptional, very helpful, friendly and hardworking. Nothing seems too much to ask. Entertainment was really good. Travelled with my elderly mum and she really enjoyed it. The resort is very family friendly but not too noisy and it never feels over crowded. Beautiful gardens, nice architecture. Food is good. Wish however there were less sugary options available then it comes to drinks and deserts. Had booked a family room as this was the only option available on booking.com and moved to standard room closer to the beach, which suited us better. Reception were extremely helpful that day and so was Haman who waited patiently until we had made our final choice :)

- the sea is amazing, it’s very clean and the beach is sandy where you can easily walk up to the sea for some casual swimming, there is a very large non-swimmer area if you are in the mood for just chilling in the water. - there are two pools, family pool has a mini-aqua for kids and its where all the activities happen, i mostly stayed in the quiet pool. Both are very clean, pool bar is okay, i was looking forward for my daily hot chocolate 😄 very nice - the masterplan of the resort is good! Walking around is easy - Food in Sharhzad (Main restaurant) was surprisingly very very good, in all hotels i went to ( and i went to sunrise owned ones before) the main restaurant is where you fill yourself and the specialized ones is where the good food at, here however, it was lovely! - Mexican restaurant was very good, Chinese was average - Hotel has a nice parking area, there is some shops and a large mall close to hotel if you want to go there - wish they filled the minibar with soft drinks on daily basis, i don’t think the 50egp (retail cost for them) woulds have made any difference for the resort. - Lovely staff, always helpful always smiling
