Very friendly and helpful staff! Food is good and you have a lot of options including some restaurants. Nice pool and beach area with adults only area. Was not crowded (we went outside the high season) didn’t feel like a amusement park which was what we were looking for!

Fruit and yoghurt selection could have been a lot better as my kids love both! Also I found tinned fruits were mixed into the fruit salad which I felt was a short cut and easier option.

Vibrant and well maintained hotel with very friendly staff that attend to your needs quickly. The Entertainment team were brilliant and accomodating for the kids. A lot of food options - Mangal was the best restuarant! Rooms were spacious, good WIFI and plenty to do within this huge hotel!

Everything provided was great. There are plenty of dining options to suit every taste. The entertainment team were great and the resort and grounds are immaculate.

The resort had plenty of variety in all aspects, food, activities, facilities and areas. The staff are all professional yet friendly. Mina the Posh Club Butler was exceptional in all the services he provided. Whether it was a cocktail or organising a complete day of travel from pick up, locations, driver and guide, everything was organised with military precision down to the very smallest detail. Nothing was ever too little or too much to ask of him and he was always more than willing to do everything and anything to help and always with a smile. Minas standard of service turned a great holiday into an absolutely amazing holiday, because of the service provided by Mina, I will return to this resort again. Mina definitely went above and beyond what was expected of him All the Posh Club staff provided a very high level of service to make our stay fantastic. All resort staff provided a high level of professionalism and all added personal, friendly touches to make each and every guest feel welcomed. Mahrous in the Lobby Bar also went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcomed and special. He provided a level of service in the bar that was outstanding, professional and always with a smile. I will return again and book the services of the Pish Club, the extra touches certainly make you feel that little bit more special and pampered. Thank you to everyone at the resort for making my holiday an unforgettable experience.

I found the drinks to be quite weak so asked a few times for extra alcohol. They also don’t include Prosecco or sparking wine which would be my drink of choice. You would need to buy a bottle and this was expensive. The restaurants could be booked on the app but not cancelled or change which was a bit annoying.

The property was immaculate and very well looked after. The restaurants were all lovely and food was very good. We lovely the Mangal BBQ the best. We also preferred The Yades for breakfast. The staff were all very helpful and on hand if needed. We had no issues getting sunloungers which was a massive bonus! Also adults only areas which was also a big plus for us! If you want afternoon sun on the balcony book a swim up room.

The food is the only down side there is not a great variety especially if you have allergies or food preferences.

We really enjoyed our stay at the crystal bay. The hotel staff are some of the best I've ever come across, the eygptian people are very lovely and have a great sense of humor. Bodaa from the animation team was great fun at trying to get people involved. Big shout out to the three Ahmed's (A. Rabie, A.Gamal, and Ahmed pool drinks) who really looked out for us, from reception desk, the buffet resturant and the pool, these guys made our stay so memorable with their fun personalities and welcoming attitude! The pool area is lovely and the grounds are very well maintained. The pool is huge and was a little bit cold but still manged a swim everyday. There are also two shallow kids pools and a swim up bar pool. The life guards are very friendly and helped me every morning to get my towels, beds and an umbrella. The rooms are very big and spacious, they were clean and the cleaners did a great job each day. Side note: Tipping never seemed ro be expected but was Wildy appreciated and for the excellent service I didn't mind to tip at all! if you are not a foodie and just need some casual food on your holiday its fine, i had grilled chicken with rice and veg pretty much all the time. We tried two of the onsite resturants (Dalila the Egyptian, the Manohar Indian) and again the staff were fab but the food was average

The food variety was not much. The food repetition, the pool water, was very cold, and you couldn't even see one guest swimming, which is a major issue for me, to be honest

We made our reservation as a privilage class of Sunrise Hotels. Posh Club. I should mention about that first of all. Before we arrived, our personal asistant Mina get in contact with me. Asked for all details and our demands. Arranged transfer from airport. Accommodated us in a beatiful villa with private pool just near the sea. It is not finished at there, he tried to make our vacation unforgettable during whole our stay. He cared with us better than our own. Made arrangements for a la carte's, gave advices... He was always far to us just one step. But i shouldn't forgot the other Posh Club Team. Shahenda, Khalil, Sayed.. Sorry for the other i couldn't remembered their names. We were like a guest at their homes. We never felt like a customer. Finally i want to mention about the last night before we left. It was my wifes birthday. They decorated our table , arranged us a surprise party. We danced together, sang together. Whole night they were near to us , we felt like we are in a big party with our friends. I send our greetings to all of them from here again and again. Yes Hotel is nice , meals are nice, activities shows are nice but if i would come to Crystal Bay again, The main reason will be that the great hospitability of that team. Kind Regards

Wonderful stay at the family swim up suite room 458. Brilliant services from the moment you arrive. Extraordinary room service and very cheerful staff. Mr Abdelaziz and Mr Eid were really welcoming and helpful. Restaurants are very nice with a variety of food everyday. We enjoyed our stay and wound definitely comeback again.

The Mediterranean restaurant was definitely the weak point, and the food and service were incomparable to the fabulous standards in all of the others.

From the moment we checked in, we felt very well looked after. All of the staff, without exception, were smiling, helpful and courteous and anything that we asked for was attended to promptly. The restaurants (with the exception of the Mediterranean) were fantastic. The quality and selection of food on offer was exceptional, with the areas kept clean and hygienic and immaculately tidy. There were plenty of sunbeds with large terraces, meaning no early rising was necessary to reserve our place!

Its a bit far from the city and the Marina where most of the activities located.

Super nice hotel. Very comfortable and warm room. The room was very spacious and clean. Great chef, the buffet is better than expected. Friendly and personal service, the staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. We would definitely stay there again.

Beds were comfortable but not luxurious. The place had the feel that it was probably built in the mid 2000s and while there's been some modernisation some of the fixtures and fittings are feeling their age. e.g. some loose decking, grout degrading, old rugs, sofas not super comfortable, etc. We were there February, so didn't really need AC, but when we did turn it on it was louder than most systems. The sauna room is a bit small, so if four people are using it (and that is a squeeze) you have to wait. The lunches at posh club didn't quite match the breakfasts. They were more mass market chain restaurant standard, if you're comparing to the UK. If anything the main buffet was better for lunches. The standard of food was excellent for Egypt, but don't go there expecting every restaurant to be a premium, by UK standard, experience in terms of food. Service however was wonderful. Beer - there's only one standard 'lager', even in posh club. Cocktails - some were excellent, bloody marys, Margaritas, some tasted a bit syrupy and like a spirit with some juice in (whiskey sour). But this I think is par for the course in Egypt. While this list is long, they are all minor things I thought management might like to see - the place is excellent and you will not regret chosing it. It is a 10/10 stay.

High end feel. Lots of great assets if you're there with 'Posh Club', e.g. Cabana, quieter end of resort, on tap help, own restaurant area. Everyone is friendly, smiles and wants to help. Mina the butler was especially helpful and nothing was too much trouble. If you need advice or something it will be sorted. A big thank you to him and his team. The kids zone was a good asset, thanks to the staff there. As was the evening kids entertainment like the disco. The gardens were wonderfully well kept and made the whole place feel designed and enjoyable. There were other fun things around like giant chess and bowls. Breakfasts, coffee and orange juice in Posh Club were first rate, definitely on par with what you'd expect at somewhere premium in the UK. Pools lovely + heated + access to slides at next door hotel. The Buffet was excellent with an incredible variety of food and well presented too. One evening there was special entertainment with dancers in the Yades restaurant, this a lot of fun.
