I understand that the hotel employees like to get tips from the guests, and as such a waiter will focus on one person/group for their entire stay, but I personally find it really annoying. For example, on my first night I ordered a certain drink, and every day thereafter the same waiter brought it to me again, without me ordering - I don't want this, because I don't want the same thing every day. Also, although the hotel's rules state you aren't allowed to reserve the sun loungers, the pool guy on the adults only level did reserve sun loungers for guests that asked him to, by placing towels and paperback books on them. He gave some people two towels each, and some one each, depending on whether he thought he'd get a tip from them. My second day at the hotel, and most of the sun loungers were reserved, but I was the only person actually by the pool. Not cool.

I stayed in this hotel last year, and enjoyed it, so decided to return this year. I was in a swim-up room (again), which is on the adults only level. Almost every time I went in the swim-up pool, it was just me in there, which was lovely. The cleaner on my floor was friendly and efficient. I had a very relaxing stay, and will probably return next year.

This is really quite trivial but did annoy me at the time. My wife, myself, and early twenties daughter had just finished evening dinner and took a wander down to the beach which is a fair walk. The "Italian" restaurant was still open, and there were just a handful of tables occupied, I enquired if we could just get a glass of wine each and sit at a table by the sea............apparently not ! Waiter " Have you booked ?" Me " Errr...no. We were just after a glass of wine and sit by the sea" Waiter "If you haven't booked, not possible" Well, it certainly was possible, he just didn't want to ! We were on an all inclusive basis so would it have been so difficult to just give us a glass and let us sit for 15 minutes ? Not really.... So, we just turned around and traipsed back up to another bar. Anyway, a really small thing that didn't detract from a really nice stay. I'm not going to bair a grudge over it :-)

Overall, this is a really great choice of hotel in Sharm. A wide selection of outside areas and pools which never seem cramped and are immaculately kept by the staff. We had a family suite which was spacious and very comfortable. Plenty of different on site restaurants which are easily booked if you don't chose to eat in the buffet, even on the all inclusive basis. We particularly liked the "Italian" right on the beach for breakfast and lunch. The staff are amazing and really ensure that everything is to your liking. We were so impressed we're thinking of coming back later in the year ! Recommended.

Nothing really. It’s great! We will come again. Only thing is that few areas only had steps/stairs to move around which made a tad harder to move around with stroller. There are elevators and slopes in most areas, only few lacked those.

Very friendly staff. Mr. Gamal made our visit very pleasant and was available to help all the time. Food is very good with multiple options. Beach is good with a small area for kids. Hospitality is unmatched.

Not much I didn't care for but I have a few suggestions. It would be nice if the spa area didn't allow male workers where women are getting spa treatments. Some women are Muslim and don't like being unclothed with strange men in hallways. Also if you could make washclothes available upon request or have them in the room it would be lovely.

It was absolutely beautiful and the food was the best I had at a resort. The spa service was great Marwa is excellent at her skill. The all inclusive deal was a great price and discount you get for booking through booking.com seals the deal.

The staff are amazing at this place, from Mohammad M who looked after us ensuring that we were booked into the restaurants we wanted to try, to the guys in the Gold Star Dive club who got my 13yr old and her friend through their padi to the animation team who ensured there was something going on all the time. To swim use the jetty (for the sea) or stay by the pool. The entrance from the beach is not to be considered. Just a little spot for very small kids.

This was our 3rd visit here. So we would not have come if : the place, the setting, the staff, the feeling, the service, etc were not perfect. I could nominate some of our long lasting friends such as Mr Motawea, Chef Mohamed from Nora or Felucca, Mrs. Dinah from PoshClub and so forth but my poor memory in names will just fail to deliver the thanks and honors owed to ALL staff members. So if you consider Sharm el Sheikh come to this place (and upgrade to PoshClub if you can afford 😜). PoshClub gives you extra pampering (we are very happy with 🥳) but the standard service is outstanding anyway. Food is very good, many a-la-carte restaurants included in AI plan, kids club and night shows, pools, foam parties and many others. Beautiful house reef accessible from the jetty. Sandy beach with good beach service (drinks, towels)

Everything about the resort.. Good pools all around the property and a good relaxing beach front.. Great entertainment all day long, specially night live singers and the dance shows.. Food in the restaurants I tried was also great.. The one thing that makes a resort good and worth the experience is it's staff.. Staff all around the resort is very friendly and helpful and always smiling.. Special shoutout & thanks to Beshoy from the beach bar, Youssef from Basilica and Donga, Reema & Madina from the animation team for taking good care of me during my stay. Cheers..

I liked everything! They serve superb breakfast and great coffee. Food at lunch and dinner is very tasty. Stuff are very courteous, helpful and friendly, especially all reception personnels. Mr. Gamal Salah, Reception Assistant Manager contacted me the night before our stay and he facilitated everything for us to have a very wonderful time. The beach is very clean and well maintained. I also went to gym which is very well equipped and clean. The room is fascinating with breathtaking views and very clean and comfortable. I will come again for sure. It’s one of the best resorts in Sharm El-Sheikh.
