The only negative part of the stay and the point to improve is the drinks. The alcohol outside the all-inclusive is way too expensive (35 euros for one shot of gin), those prices seem more Cote d'Azur than Egypt. The cocktails and the wines from the all-inclusive menu could be chosen better and could have a better quality.

Our stay has been exceptional and we will definitely come back. Everything, from the lovely and attentive staff to the amazing breakfast, the great choice of restaurants and its amazing food, the comfortable rooms, the great beach, the live music in the evenings, has exceeded our expectations. The hotel grounds are impeccable, from the garden to the pool, to the beach. All hotel areas are well sought after and cared for.

Menus need to show prices in local currency at minimum and any other currencies as add-ons.. otherwise displaying everything in EUR is giving off colonial vibes eeeekkkk...

Everything in the resort is perfect, the swimming pools are amazing and the rooms are very nice and clean, would definitely stay there again, great food variety too

We didnt really appreciate the noise coming from the evening activities but thats just a minor thing. We stayed across to the podium so I guess we were getting the sound louder than other rooms on the same side. (we had room No 1011)

We enjoyed the room very much. Our cleaner (I think his name was Sayed) was great, very attenuative to our needs. The manager of the main restaurant (dont remember the name but he said he was new) was such a joy to have around! We and our kid loved him, he made the time in restaurant such a pleasant time. Actually, any staff we engaged with (including the beach staff) was exceptional!

Surroundings are amazing! Soma Bay waters and beaches are top. It's is a fully remote hotel! This can be a huge advantage for the people who are looking for a real break . Management people are open for improvements . Beach, services, food , drinks, food.

Our flight was at midnight on the last night so we stayed that day in the resort. The entire staff changed that day (also a new batch of tourists arrived) - new staff seemed a bit hasty towards us (we had to talk to like 5 people for the uber driver to be allowed to enter the resort and pick us up). Maybe they were stressed with the new tourists coming in, as other than that particular evening, staff was spectacular.

The resort is absolutely gorgeous. The staff was also amazing and super friendly and helpful. Please tip everybody, as they are doing a great job and are very attentive! We did kitesurfing and snorkeling, which we recommend! Get the all inclusive package regardless of whether you eat lunch normally (drinks are expensive on halfboard package). Food is very tasty!

I don’t often leave reviews but I feel compelled to do so because this resort was perfect! We upgraded to the execute suite and having our own private pool was amazing but in all honesty we didn’t really need it because the hotel pools were all great too. The food was incredible in all the restaurants we tried - but you must reserve at the non-buffet restaurants in advance. The hotel staff were exceptional and extremely friendly which made our stay even better. We will definitely come back in the future.

Everything at this hotel is luxury and just beautiful. The staff are amazing and so accommodating, the pools and layout just stunning and has a relaxing ambiance with evening entertainment. The beach is a 1 minute walk on the resort and within soma bay so Ofcourse it is beautiful. I stayed at another hotel before I came here and by far I would pick this one everytime, the hotel rooms are large with a fabulous view of the resort. The location on the beach is not the best in terms of the view. There is ongoing construction to the east and west of the resort unfortunately and we could hear the drilling noise for hours nonstop while on the beach at one day of the stay.

1. I would add some sand to the beach. 2. Front line places on the beach were not for free. 3. Very big choice in the buffet but not a fantastic taste. Other restaurants dishes were delicious. 4. Too complicated to book a restaurant. We had 3 rooms, and we had to book via web site for each room. Finally it didn’t work. Thanks god, due to the. rain other guests canceled reservations and we got a table. 5. Airport transfer for the suite room was free but for other 2 rooms we had to pay 70 eur. Would be nice if they could do one bus free for all 6 people instead of landcruiser but ok, thanks for what we had. And for some reason, despite all communications and confirmation they didn’t send 2nd car to the airport so we had to wait with a little baby after the long flight.

The staff was serving us everywhere (swimming pool, terrace, lounge, beach) all the time to ensure that whatever food or drinks we wanted they would bring it to us
