EgyptThere are many minor improvement required to make remarkable difference on the total experience at this nice place, for example but not limited to: - - - providing WIFI coverage widely. - periodic maintenance and cleaning for the beach area and its facilities. - although we have enjoyed the "Fire Show" and although it is performed by professional guy but from my point of view it is still not safe and there are no excuses when it come to the Safety of people and kids, zero risk shall be restrictly maintained.

EgyptThe reservation team at their Cairo office weren’t very friendly. Fady who got in touch to collect the reservation fee was short in his answers and actually stopped responding to questions altogether were I had to contact booking.com for assistance and clarification. This made me question whether the staff at the resort would have the same negative attitude. I’m glad that wasn’t the case and I hope the hotel can offer a better experience to their clients during the reservation process.
Staff at the property were very friendly and prompt to offer assistance. Animation team were fantastic specially Nour who was very friendly with our children. Amr at the front desk was extremely professional. Breakfast and dinner open buffet were both lovely, same with the food ordered at the pool, the kids were big fans of the ice cream. Rocky beach but the kids were more interested in playing in the sand rather than having a swim.

EgyptCredibility. After completing reservation, I received a phone call from the hotel management , she told me that the hotel is closed and she offered another resort with the same package. Due to shortage of the time I had to accept her offer. I was chocked as it's first time to found booking undiscipline😔

EgyptDear Hotel Management, I suggest some improvements that could be made to the hotel. First, I believe that adding WiFi services to the rooms, pool bar, reception area, and restaurant would be a great addition. This would allow guests to stay connected to the internet while they are staying at the hotel, which is a valuable amenity for many travelers. Second, I would recommend removing the stones from the beach and cleaning it so that it is ready for swimming. This would make the beach more enjoyable for guests and would also help to prevent injuries. Finally, I would suggest installing windbreakers around the beach umbrellas. This would help to protect guests from the wind and would also make the umbrellas more stable. I believe that these improvements would make the hotel more appealing to guests and would help to improve their overall experience. Thank you for your time and consideration.
