SwitzerlandThe only thing that I can complain about is the wi-fi. No wi-fi in the rooms that is the most useful place to have it. When you do have wi-fi on the lobby, at the square or whatever place, it comes and goes constantly, you need to login over and over again and it's really slow.
Everything!!! Best beach ever. Clean, plenty of comforts, no resorts near us. The room was really big, spacious and clean. The entire staff is insanely friendly, respectful, always smiling and helpful. Lots of activities to do as spa, snorkeling, visiting islands, safari, photoshoots, water sports, etc.

Turkey1) No WiFi/Internet connection in the rooms but we were told that this is currently being extended starting with some rooms. 2) Entertainment program is ok. There were live music in the evening but the sound was respectively low, so that very few people were listening. There is no possibility to dance or party. 3) The furniture and bathroom/shower in the rooms are a little of age, but fully functional.
1) Employees in all areas. Special appraisal to Ms. Massaouda (Guest Relations Manager), who got in connection with us already prior to our arrival and was on the field every day to collect feedback from all the guests. 2) The restaurants and the food was great. Allways fresh and tasty dishes. 3) Beach and the sea. No coral reef for snorkeling but great for families to just get into the water and swim. 4) Taxi and travel service in the hotel (3 Angels tour). Special appraisal to Ahmed, Max and Mohammed, who organised a great private trip for us to Luxor and Orange Bay boat tour. Definetely recommending to everybody. 5) Reception and the personal is taking immediate action in case of wishes, without any waiting time and any need to follow-up.

The hotel rooms and other facilities are super clean.the services are excellent. All inquiries and requests are responded to professionally and every one cared about our comfort during our stay .especially Massouda from the managment who is excellent in helping the guests. SerbiaThe bed is a little squeaky. There should be more options for food for kids - every day it's the same. The front row of the beach is somehow always taken, no matter how early you come. Even though they say that there are no reservations of sunbeds, if you come late to the beach, most likely you won't find a free sun bed. Umbrellas on the beach are also very bad. The staff from other two hotels (one on the left and one on the right) don't allow people to walk on their part of the beach.
Smaller hotel comparing to the ones surrounding it, but good staff and good service. They arranged airport transfer for us. The room was decent size, they gave us an extra bed for our toddler, and we got the crib upon request. Food is nice, lots of variety.

Every thing was perfect 1- staff from reception to beach was awesome and the do their best to make you happy and they are so friendly specially ms. I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Solymar Soma Beach! Every moment at the hotel was delightful thanks to the warm and professional demeanor of the entire staff. Everyone was always smiling and went above and beyond to ensure guests felt welcome and comfortable. A special thanks to Manager Massoda for Her attentive follow-up and the thoughtful giveaway. Her dedication to guest satisfaction was truly appreciated. I also want to extend a special thank you to all the workers at the main restaurant, who provided excellent service meal after meal. Additionally, the barman Ahmed at the Balcony deserves a shout-out for his superb drinks and the tasty nuts he served. Thank you all for making my visit memorable. I look forward to returning soon!
