Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

All the staff is super friendly , always with a smile and they are ready to help you at any time. The rooftop and especially the view is amazing. The room was spacious and I liked the mini fridge. We were so comfortable in the hotel and happy that all the staff always tried to help us that we decided to come back for a second stay.

Staff was amazing. We checked in 4 in the morning and they were very welcoming and smiling. They didn't bother us with check in procedure at that time. Instead they offered us hot/cold drinks at the roof top which we could see the breathtaking pyramids in front of us. They were very friendly with our 5 year old. They offered us late check-out for free duty their availabilty. It was amazing to have this option as we visited the pyramids (btw hotel is literally at the entrance of the pyramids) and came back for a refreshment and continued our day. We definitely recommend this hotel as a family.

The treatment is perceived to be different from nearby places, and I'm not saying it's bad outside, but the whole area is quite commercial and we know that the sellers are sometimes insistent. Checking in was like arriving at a friend's house. Just let you know that you have arrived. The room exceeded my expectations because of how big it was. Comfortable beds and a full bathroom. Speaking of breakfast, it is on the terrace with a stunning view of the pyramids. Great place to stay to see the pyramids Overall I am satisfied with everyone's service.
