The design of the hotel is absolutely fabulous, very stylish, rooms are extremely comfortable, excellent bed, excellent bathroom, lovely food and a fantastic team to care for the guest. Street noise.

Location is in down town and suitable for business and work travel. Breakfast has limited varieties. Reception staff were friendly, helpful and cooperative. All were excellent.

Welcome drink at reception, then another delivered to the room, manager phoned to make sure all was good. Best shower I have had in Egypt.

Internet connection was bad, i couldn't even connect to finish my work and had to set in a nearby Cafe. Despite having a great location next to everything, but,it has a huge downside, which is the noise level, it was very noisy outside in the street till midnight.

The hotel is very clean, the location is great, right next to train station and city center, the staff are very nice, and the restaurant was awesome, they had great food.

Had the best experience at Savoy. Loved everything at the beautiful boutique hotel… the staff are super nice and professional. Check-in was so smooth, took 2 minutes. Rooms are so cosy and clean and the food at the restaurant on the upper floor was soooo delicious. Everyone working at the hotel was so keen on making us comfortable and satisfied. The level of cleanliness is remarkable. Best hotel in Upper Egypt 🤩

The shower isn't well isolated, the bathroom gets all wet when the shower is used.

The location is perfect, right in front of the train station. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The owners of the hotel supervise everything themselves making sure the guests are having a good time. The rooms are well equipped with bathrobes, hotel slippers, toiletries, etc.

Very great hotel and a very good stay in a beautiful building. All the staffs are very nice, kind and helpful. The hotel manager is very friendly and breakfast is very delicious. We spent a very good time there and I can recommend it 100%!!!

There was nothing to not like!

We felt very welcome at the reception. Rooms were clean and comfortable, hotel provided also slippers and bathrobes. Bed and pillow were also very comfortable. And staff was friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel is perfect- opposite of the train station.

El Minya is a bit noisy, as any town in Egypt, but the sound proof windows of the hotel are rather efficient 😊

Wonderful hotel. Totally renovated with good taste and very comfortable. Very sweet and friendly personnel, paying much attention to you, and always ready to help you anytime. Across the street is the station, which makes it the most convenient hotel if you come by train!

The hotel management should facilitate an easier check-out process in order not to delay the guest upon their departure. All the members of the staff should be trained in carrying out basic accounting operations, namely issuing invoices, which is standard to majority of Egyptian accommodation facilities.

The hotel is centrally located close to the train station. The architecture of the building reflects its long tradition. It is very clean and rooms are spacious. The stay in the hotel was rather enjoyable.
