In a new, good hotel, the air conditioning should be separate and have a remote control. Not integrated into the wall. This is usually only the case in older and not so good hotels. Without a remote control, you have to keep getting up to turn it on and off or to change the temperature.

WiFi was very weak, nowadays it is V important to have strong WiFi specially for kids use Location was bit far from the downtown that you need to have car for easy moving

Amazing place. The rooms are very beautiful.. the most clean and beautiful room we had in whole Egypt (we’ve been on a road trip through Egypt and stayed quite a lot places). Everyone was very kind and helpful. I think that’s the best hotel in Marsa Matruh. And I loved the beach with its beautiful baby blue color. I would definitely stay again at this place if I come again to this region.

The shower cabin was a bit small. Breakfast was served on two stations that were kind of far away from each other. The furniture in the room is functional but of low quality (cabinet doors are already dislodged, wardrobe door doesn't slide, etc). Unconnected with the hotel, what ruined our experience the most was the state of the city. Matrouh is by far the dirtiest city i've seen in Egypt and that says a lot. Even the spectacular Cleopatra Bath beach was littered with garbage everywhere. The city also doesn't offer much in way of entertainment / sites, so you're pretty much stuck to your hotel. The state of the roads was poor as well.

The hotel is new, clean and comfortable. It's small which we liked, there weren't any crowds. We parked easily. The staff was extremely accommodating and spoke English. Breakfast was good and we also ate dinner (a burger) which was tasty, however the a la carte menu is rather limited. The hotel also serves buffet dinner which we didn't try. The location is good if you like to be cut off, there isn't much to do around the hotel. The hotel is situated right across the road from the spectacular Cleopatra Bath beach. The hotel also has its own private beach looking into the inland sea that families with small kids might prefer. There is a smallish pool as well.

This resort was simply amazing! It had everything you needed, from pool to beach to restaurant and views! Staff were extremely nice and professional. Mr Mohammed went above and beyond in making sure I was okay at all times. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. I will absolutely return one day.

We visited during low season soft opening, there was no WiFi. But all other facilities are functional.

Beautiful hotel lives up to international 5 stars standard. Clean, friendly and helpful staffs, great service , spacious room fully equipped, amazing breakfast, breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea, super good value. They offered us welcome desert and an upgrade. Very generous!

The hotel is located around cleopatra beach. Nice view and comfort room. You can go directly to the beach behind the hotel after breakfast. The manager and the staff are all very nice. We arrived late at 20:30 that day but they still help us with our luggages and provided with us great dinner. Will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

- No Internet. During my stay around 12 Feb 2024, there is not WiFi in the hotel. I watched YouTube a lot and run out of my data… - The cleaners are very contentious… Even I left the card with the words “privacy please” on the door knob, the cleaner opened the room and clean… But the people in Mersa Matrouh are good people, for sure. It’s not intentional. Just because language…

- The staffs are very professional. Special thanks to the supervisor and the manager for their understanding and helps. Thanks a lot to Miss Alaa for helping me to re-active the room cards twice when I left it in the room but closed the door. - The breakfast is decent. - I like the swimming pool which near to the private beach. I can swim evening in winter. - The private beach of the hotel is a very good place with sunshine for chilling and reading. - The balcony of the room is very good view and peaceful for writing. - The location of the hotel is far away from the busy downtown. Very safe.

No internet yet ,the hotel is isolated you have to have a car ,continuous noise outside ,i didn't like the tiny shower ,no desk in the room although the room is large and there is a large space for it ,the air conditioning is not working in the winter (the room was a bit cold).

However, I encountered was the yellowish water from the tap, which was quite off-putting. On a positive note, the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and added a satisfying touch to my stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say that it looks renovated, which adds to its overall appeal. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, making my stay quite pleasant.
