The bathroom towels are so beat up and old you can't even touch them.

The price and the location are the big plus.

Wifi was not consistent, otherwise acceptable. Basic information was not written in the room, we needed to ask always at the reception e.g WiFi password, reception phone number etc. It has a good location, but in a busy neighborhood, therefore a lot of noise at night.

Staff was friendly and the oriental breakfast was really nice. The room was big and clean, everything was working well, including fridge and hair drier. Welcome drink was delicious!

There was a bit of water problem for a couple of days during my stay but it got fixed. The bathroom towels need renewal, they're kind of beat up.

The staff was super friendly and great to deal with. The location of the hotel is convenient as so many Cafes and restaurants are within walking distance.

- I got to the hotel around 1 am, so I was too tired to complain. The shower head was taped up, and the next morning, someone immediately came to fix it, and he asked if I had broken it. I looked at him like he was crazy because it was clearly broken hence why the hotel had placed tape around it instead of properly fixing it in the first place. - The bathroom was not cleaned, had a weird smell, and the bathroom is extremely small. They should remove the door stopper. -They should provide slippers because the room was freezing, and so were the floors. - The sheets didn't look clean, so I literally slept on top of my jacket. The bed was hard. - They need to update minibar fees; however, the prices were still highly reasonable to foreigners. - 1-2 nights at this hotel is all that is needed.

They give you a welcome drink when you arrive, which is sweet. The concierge guy was very sweet and helpful. The receptionist guy was also nice & patient. They are very attentive, and if you have an issue or need something, they will help you right away. They should be a bit more proactive though. - They have security, so you’ll feel safe. The outside area also seemed safe. -The hotel is surrounded by banks and restaurants. - Breakfast was really good, and I like how they can bring it to your room.

It occupies a floor in a larger building. it’s not the ground floor, but one above. I saw no lifts, so one would have to carry the luggage, I imagine. I accidentally switched off the boiler in the bathroom and saved the hotel some energy cost.

not bad for the location in 6th of October. It is a good option if you don’t have the budget for fancier internal hotels (the are a few) in this part of the city. It is not isolated in a compound, there are several dining options, local and international (probably safer) food chains. The hotel (upper floor) has no espresso machine, so the coffee shop at ground level is perfectly located. Breakfast looked tasty, it is made on the spot based on the option one choses at check in (international or local). Room was large. Bathroom was small. Good value for money. Next to the hotel entrance I saw an antique shop! I saw a small park also, but not sure if it is accessible. The Mosque across the street is beautiful. Mall of Arabia should be close, but probably not accessible on foot.
