I can't think of a single thing I didn't like about this hotel. Everything was perfect.

The price of the Shisha is extremely exaggerated No heated outdoor pool thus we couldn't enjoy this time of the year.

The staff is outstanding indeed specially Farida and Eman from GR and Donya and Sunny as well as the receptionist from SPA as well as the magical Bodour who has a charming smile and very cooperative

At one meal we did not have attentive service. It took a very long time to get a cappuccino delivered to our table at the end of our meal. We had to repeatedly get the attention of staff to ask them to check on it, and eventually we could see what ended up being our cappuccino set down and moved around to different trays, without the staff knowing who it belonged to. This only happened this one time, so it stood out. All the other times we were well taken care of and received a high level of attentive service. Also the cost of the alcoholic drinks was insanely expensive. We spent the equivalent of $74 US dollars for two drinks. Luckily we are not big drinkers so it didn't take away from our enjoyment, but it certainly insured we did not purchase any additional drinks after the first two.

Best hotel in Alamein. Best customer service ever. Excellent sea view. Capacious room. Excellent food taste and wide variety. Super clean. Friendly staff. Lots of beverages anytime & anywhere, many pools with different depths to suit all ages. Highly qualified personnels. The beach is exceptional. It has too many comfortable places to use and many site scenes to take memorable photos. Best value for money though.Thank you for every unforgettable moment. Recommend it. Will come back sure.
