Nothing serious! Some hot water issues due to renovations, but should be resolved once completed. Would like a shuttle to the main road in order to take the safe public transport.

Great resort with lots of activities and numerous options for dining. Staff really pleasant and helpful. Awesome snorkeling and great relaxation.

We had an issue with bugs in the room but the staff were quick to change our rooms and make sure the new room was ok.

The manager Mohammed Nabil provided excellent service and we really appreciate his help throughout our stay. A special thanks to Younus who helped us with our check in issues at 3am!! The property is beautiful and well maintained. All of the resort staff are so welcoming, friendly and attentive. The facility offers many on site activities which is very useful

-The food was ok but sometimes tasted old. -The aqua park was closed due to some construction work (we were only notified about construction in the lobby area).

-The combination between free stony beach and pools due to the location was very good. We didn't have to drive to the beach somewhere. -The staff are very friendly and helpful (special thanks to: Ahmed Said and Fawzy in the buffet, Mohammed by the indoor pool, Mohammed by the gym, Mustafa room service, Mr. Mohammed Nabil and the lobby staff, the bar man beside the stage). -The hotel offers many activities like Tennis, mini golf and ping pong.

Everything about the resort is chefs kiss! From the airport pickup to the reception staff to the room to the kitchen staff. Everything and everyone was set to make us as comfortable as possible. We almost extended our stay here. Absolutely recommend!

There is nothing we didn’t like.

Hussein at the reception was very helpful and made sure we have comfortable stay. I definitely recommend here. Very nice and variety food, pool and sea together so you don’t need to travel.

At the time of our arrival we didn't get a room we were expected, there was some issue with the cleaning, but thanks for the great hotel management they solved our problem with changing the room.

There was a construction work ongoing, but it had no effect on our stay. The complete staff - hotel management, restaurant manager, waiters, receptionist ladies are extremely helpful and all are doing their best. The cleaner (Mahmud) who was dedicated to our building and room did a perfect job every day. So despite of the hard start I think the whole team made a great job, they are working continuously to provide the best for the guests. The choice for food (breakfast, lunch, dinner) is wide and delicious. The a'la Carte restaurants are also great. The beach is wonderful. The old market and the center is just for a short distance ride from the hotel. Perfect place to have a relaxing holiday.
