Great place to meet cool people with amazing stories staff are super friendly and accommodating, The trips that I booked with the hotel were great as well.Clean rooms and bathrooms...also they have a perfect view on The Pyramids you defently 'll love it, will for sure stay there again when coming back to Egypt

The staff at Pyramids Planet Hotel were friendly and provided excellent customer service by going out of their way to help with any queries I had. I felt comfortable and enjoyed my time. I would certainly recommend Pyramids Planet Hotel to anyone with the nice view of Giza pyramids.

The road down to the hostel isnt very pretty/safe at night and quite bumpy. cabs don’t mind going down so much

The hotel is a significant distance from anything of tourist interest, and we felt a bit isolated. The Pyramids were a 19 minute Uber ride (EGP 100). This wasn't a problem per se, but it it worth considering. Also, the hotel required cash payment in foreign currency.

Clean and comfortable. Rate was low at a time when comparable hotels in Cairo were very expensive. Location is in a safe middle-class community in Giza that is not touristy. We were able to walk around the community's surprisingly large shopping district with virtually no hassle, which is refreshing compared to the areas closer to the pyramids.

Friendly staff, very helpful in any information for a tourist. Nice breakfast included, between 8 and 11, on the public balcony, with a wonderful view to the pyramids. Location was calm, but the cars from the road were loud, didn't bother us.

Eveything is perfect. We spent about a week in Egypt and visited 3 cities and this place was better than all the hotels we stayed in. Cleanliness, excellent design and friendly and helpful staff. Everything was perfect. I want to thank them for everything.

Do not judge a book by its cover, arrived very late after lost baggage. Mo made breakfast at 6pm after I told him I was hungry. All the staff are amazing and go above and beyond nothing is too much, great guys Mo called the airline for me, it took 10 attempts to get through, I was out site seeing. The guys are so warming and always went above and beyond. I felt I needed to add to my review, moving on from Cairo we went to Luxor for 6 days and stayed in a large chain hotel. Internet only in the lobby only one key for the door there was 3 of us and at times doing completely different things so it was a ball ache going to ask security to open the door. There was never any personal interaction with us except for the pool guys, nice clean hotel but that’s were it stopped. So again a massive thank you to you guys who made us feel so at home, sorry we didn’t come back to spend our last night with you, the airline messed up so we had to go straight to the airport. We will deffo see you again next year.. you need to build that roof top pool.

Don’t accept credit cards.

Staff were really nice and helpful. We arrived at 7:00am and they let us checkin at that time and even gave us free breakfast. Nice view of the Giza pyramids. The building has an elevator.

There is a water tank over the toilet, and being tall, I had to lean to the left to utilize it standing up. Bumped into it a few times.

Great location for the pyramids. Great view of the Giza pyramids. Noisy street traffic, but it was fairly quiet in my room. Excellent staff always asked if I needed anything and was very helpful. It is a small hotel so it wasn't crowded.

The hotel is far away from the city centre, but it provides a beautiful and extraordinary view on the Giza pyramids from the back. The staff is nice and helpful. The lady responsible for breakfasts does a great job. One would hardly find better scrambled eggs in Egypt than heirs. The hotel represent a great base for trips outside of Cairo, including Alexandria, the Pyramid fields, the Faiyoum, etc.

We arrived at 5:00 am and they let us stay even if the check in was later. They were super nice and cool, very polite and friendly. We felt really good at all times. Breakfast was very good as well!! Also they have a killer view of the Pyramids:)
