I loved my stay at Pyra Hospitality Hotel’s :) The room and bathroom was clean. The service was impeccable! If I called for water someone would quickly bring me some straight to our room. The staff felt like a little family. Ahmed and Mahmoud and Laura were amazingly kind and went above and beyond to find a box for my friend when her suitcase broke the morning we were leaving - literally running outside to find one. The staff will also suggest things to do which is really nice of them :) The breakfast was great each morning - i loved the Flafel and the white cheese . The location was also super close to Pyramids and Horses stable’s etc.

Everything was very very good. The staff was very amiability special Ahmed and Viktors. Good position in center, very Clean. I recommend. The breakfast is very good. The room is with nice windows and the staff is “always yes”. We come back here!

A very lovely hotel to choose as a base for a short or long stay. I stayed at the first of April 2024. The staff were so hospitable, friendly and helpful. Look out for Mohamed, and Mahmoud at reception who are so helpful and who go out of their way to make you feel at home. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. It is also situated within walking distance to Abo Al Hool where you'll find the Sound & lightshow . A short distance, you'll find an entrance to the Pyramid’s. I will never forget my trip to Cairo. A huge city, steeped in a rich history with very helpful and friendly citizens.

Location very good. Close to Pyramids, Grand Museum, etc. Most friendly personnel in Egyptian; Ahmed and all others. They will explain where to go and how to get there. They will confirm with drivers and even allow check-in on their computer. The food in the breakfast is also very good. Room layout is basic but linnen, mattress, pillows etc is luxurious, the toilet and shower is also very comfortable and modern. Bathroom amenities are of good quality, it is a nice homely environment.

Excellent hotel, close to pyramids & sites in Giza. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Staff are all excellent and could not have done more to help us. Highly recommend booking Airport transfer & tours through Hotel, as price for tour we had would have been much higher if we'd booked it ourselves. Overall, we had a great stay in this Hotel and amazing city.

It was so wonderful to meet with Haridy, he is the King of Cairo! You will have a very unique and safe experience wandering Cairo. Best Hotel with good rooms and High service, Quality products to shop from, very yummy local cuisine, and nice people to help you explore your experience be full bodied. If you are not familiar with Cairo or the Pyramids Area, it is the perfect way to get the lay of the City in a no stress environment. We had so much fun!

If I could give Them a 10 star I would! Our suite was lovely, They was absolutely amazing! Tobey He reached out in advance to confirm where we would like to go, and took us to all the spots we asked for. He helped bridge the gap with pricing and even booked us for a tour of the city for the next day. He was extremely hospitable and went the extra mile to ensure we were taken care of. The car service was awesome, as soon as we would finish shopping the car would swoop in and scoop us up. All of our purchases were delivered to the hotel. Absolutely amazing, 110% recommend booking hotels & tours with Pyratour!!!

We enjoyed our stay by Pyra Hospitality. The room was clean, beautiful and comfortable. The hotel felt intimate which is what I was looking for when I booked. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Some aspects of the hotel are a little tired but that is the ONLY negative. The rooms each have a special character to them. The location is great with easy access to everything you would want to do. But what really makes this place are the people.... they are unbelievable! There is nothing too small that they will not help with. Tobey the best tour operator in Egypt.... No Joke!.... he has a massive social media following. His tours will make you speechless.

the service there was excellent. staff helps me to carry luggage, and complete the check in even I have much questions. Besides, there are many choices to choose buildings and hotel’s. Usually, I'm strict with sleeping quality and bed quality. In this hotel, there is no noise, the bed is soft. therefore, I sleep well.

An unbelievable stay in Pyra Hospitality, in one of the junior suites with a gorgeous view of pyramids. The check in staff were very friendly and professional, particularly Ali who looked after me! The in room mini bar was a highlight, gorgeous bathroom and dressing area with a huge bath & robes. The rooms are furnished to a super high standard, very modern and stunning really! Would 100% stay again. We had the pleasure of having mohamed fayed as our guide. What a guide.. highly knowledgeable and obviously knows his job really really well. Would recommend mohamed to anybody coming to Egypt for a tour. Huge thanks to Tobey & the team for looking after me

The guide was very informative and the place was amazing. I am glad we were there in March as I am sure the summers are extremely busy. As it was, there were crowds in the rooms. But our guide seemed to know where to go so we could get a good view of each room.

Loved this Company and hotels to the Sphinx and The Great Pyramid. Beautiful and perfect setting. Try and get a room with a balcony view of the pyramids. They are working on rooms & villas with full views of the branches and I am certain they will be stunning. Great service, good food, excellent room service, rooms and beds were amazingly comfortable and clean and beautiful. A++

We were planning on staying at the Four Seasons but then we heard about the Pyra Hospitality. We are SO GLAD we did. It is of same or possible better quality, and we could not have been happier. Especially good were the tours that the Company arranged for us. He contacted local guides, and we are able to pay local prices rather than the very overinflated prices that most Companies charge. The guide had a Master's degree n Egyptology, was local and was beyond excellent. I don't think we realized how good she was until we left and we other places were the guides were not as good. The food was excellent, the service was impeccable and again, most of all the Tours manger and his Team were WONDERFUL. The room was luxurious, we simply were thrilled with our stay. We highly recommend the Pyra Hospitality and will look for this brand as we continue our travels.

This is not not our first time and will not be our last for sure. This one of our favourite hotels in cairo. It's location is on the pyramids of Giza area 15 min walk from the pyramids and you can easily grap a taxi to anywhere. The room had an amazing view overlooking the pyramids but make sure to request a high floor because first time it was low floor in the other branch for Pyra Hospitality so the view was not as great as the high floor and too avoid the noise of the street too. If you want something that too quite then book the city view it's nice too.
