the beach and the sea are three, shallow, stones, sunbeds are old. you can swim only until 18.00. the cleaning in the rooms is bad, the air conditioner grills are so dirty, they are poorly treated against mosquitoes, be prepared that you will be bitten by mosquitoes.

There were 7 days. incredible territory. you can ride bicycles, the only thing is that there are not enough of them and you have to constantly fight for them. the restaurants are great, especially El Han. the beach for Egypt is normal, very shallow, but the positive is warm water. I sincerely thank the manager Hahsam Ali, he helped us a lot in everything, always answered our questions at any time. very cool water park, children's area, swimming pools, take rooms with your own pool, you won't regret it. incredibly wonderful staff who serve you, everyone is friendly.

If you are independent traveller perhaps best you get a taxi yourself from the airport. As we.ended up doing that as we booked it but no one arrived. However, the reception manager upgraded our room and fully made up for it and rectified the financial side as well

Is like a village more than a hotel. Has lots of pools and restaurants, aqua park and bicycles to freely get around!

Could have pancake syrup for pancakes, bacon and sausage either pork or beef, waffles, fresh orange juice, brown sugar for porridge or cooked oats, poached eggs with a hollandaise sauce, potato hashbrown patties.

Some fresh fruit was available but overall breakfast very plain. Not much there for foreigners. Breakfast was the only disappointing meal,, lunch and dinner were fabulous.

Water cut twice for a short period during our stay, the Egyptian restaurant Al-khan was serving some Egyptian food not as the original recipe.

Stuff was very helpful and friendly they speak multi languages, resort is designed to make you enjoy your private quiet stay, room decoration was unique, special thanks to Mr haitham he took special care of our stay and actually upgraded our room.

The dessert was not the best thing. It does not taste well also it does not have variety of dessert that we can choose from.

The hotel is amazing! It is better than how I expected. One of the best thing is Mr. Haytham welcoming us to the hotel. He welcomed us in the best way he could, he is a great manger. He welcomed us and treated us with respect and with kindness till the last moment. I would like to thank him a lot, I do appreciate it and appreciate his work, he is the best thing in this place, his servent, his help, him solving any problem! In addition to this, the aqua park is very awesome and so fun! It diverse, by fun and color. The most important and unexpected thing was the internet, whenever you go, the internet is still with you! The kids was so satisfied with having internet everywhere. Also, the golf cart men were so respectful, Mohamed Saed was the one who helped us in going everywhere.

Bartenders were closing the beach bars way before sunset and weren't always nice. When you go to a bar for a drink to relax after a whole day of activities and get a grumpy attitude it's not really welcoming

Ali Haitham took good care of us and supported us in any request we had. The rooms were nice and spacious and cleaned very often. Food was mostly very good

There are no varieties of food, but there are many restaurants and so you can always change the restaurant.

Best hotel in Marsa Allam, i would recommend it to everyone. Mr.Haitham, the front office manager, is very helpful and will do his best to make you satisfied and happy during your stay. All staff are friendly and very helpful

I liked everything in this village starting from the welcome at the reception until the checkout. Oustanding customer care, very good food, location huge and beautiful. Clean everywhere and staff very friendly and helpful for any need. We got an upgrade of the room and also a nice surprice for our wedding anniversary. Haytham the supervisor of the village keeps two eye on his clients every day. The sea is amazing as well the swimming pools (I could not use all of them because too many!), shows and entertainment every day....all inclusive for food and drinks all day! I would like to come back soon....unbelievable stay, good memories...one of the best places I have been in my life and I have travelled a lot! thanks :)

The Portofino Village is super, very comfortable, huge and there is everything inside, 7 swimming pools, a 2km of beach, gym, acqua park, spa, show for the night, 5 restaurants and everything you need! The staff is super helpful, they help us for everything, especially Haitham Ali is very nice, he helps us for everything from the check-in, for the taxi to the airports and for all we ask you to him, he was always ready to help us! We will return!!!

The entire stay was exceptional! The entire staff goes above and beyond to make your stay amazing. Mr. Mina Mamdouh, the manager, made our wedding anniversary memorable. He upgraded our rooms free of charge, gave us a complimentary spa day, and celebrated the entire event. Overall, the hotel facilities are amazing, all updated, state of the art, made for comfort, and you will never feel bored there. Lots of activities for all age groups from kids in the aqua park to beach activities throughout the day, and night entertainment that start from 9 pm till 11 pm. There is no second to waste over there. You will need at least a week to discover the entire resort. The animation team really knows what they are doing, and they are enjoying their job. Regarding food, there are 5 buffet style restaurants that serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner and 1 a la Carte restaurant that serves dinner. The food quality is fantastic, and the chefs are really world-class. Kudos specifically for chef Mohamed Awad and Mohamed Sammy. The restaurants have their own schedule over the week and serve a variety of different foods every day. The cuisine is international with everything available, so you will never feel bored. Drinks are served 24/7 everywhere you go. Overall, thanks for making our stay and wedding anniversary a fun and memorable stay. Will definitely come back.

The place is fantastic, staff is really kind and helpful. The resort is huge but organised. Everything here exceeded my expectations, I recommend this hotel to all my friends. I always believe there must be some room for improvement, but in this specific hotel it is so challenging to spot any

- The resort is big with plenty of resturants serving wide range of food from international and oriental cuisines - Different style accommodation options and very comfy modern suites - Super clean, very good housekeeping - Staff are amazing and very engaged to give you the best experience ever out of your stay - Mr. Sayed Nageh from reception team is such an amazing and very professional manager, he took care of the most minor details of our stay and was very supportive to all our requests, even the very challenging requests we had. I didn't see passionate reception manager like him in my 20 + years of travel - The resort had very well-established clinic and Dr. Khalid made an amazing job when one of my kids had an injury during our stay - Everything else was just perfect and amazing

A well deserved Rating to this excellent resort , Variety of facilities, a great sandy beach perfect for swimming and great spots for snorkeling., kids really enjoyed the aqua park that has so many options that suit all age groups including adults , infinity pool overlooking the sea infront of Mediterranean restaurant is breathtaking. Rooms are spacious and sea view room was great and newly renovated . Excellent food and drinks provided all day. Very creative and enjoyable way of commuting was the free family bicycle . I've been visiting Marsa Allam every year and every time trying a new hotel , I would rank the resort as the best at Marsa Allam. Special thanks to Sayed at reception he was of great help and support to us Also thanks to the out door grill Chef at Suprano restaurant ( exceptional food quality and cooking, seafood night was superb)
