The wifi in the room was inconsistent at times, but the signal was really strong in the lobby. So overall, not a big deal, especially if you are there to rest!

The food was exceptional. Every meal was totally new, catered to all tastes, and was always freshly made. The resort was spacious, great rooms and friendly staff.

The entertainment wasn’t great. Hotel was luxury but the animation team wasn’t great. The club upstairs was always empty and the animation team only spoke to us once.

Clean - staff fantastic especially Sayed Ibrahim on reception we can’t thank him enough. Ahmed Mohamed on reception also amazing. They made us feel welcome organised restaurant and extended stay free of charge. There was also a young man round the pool who was superb.

The beach on the right side next to the hotel was very dirty full of filth compared to the extremely clean hotel beach

Memorabil holiday . Quiet area. Pool was great and warm , cleaned every day at 6 a.m .The room was cleaned every day . The guy clean our room he will make a small things to feel your special. The staff makes the property amazing, you will see them early morning , lunch and late dinner, with smile , friendly running around, trying to make the guests feel happy. Here are some names working hard for make your stay unforgettable Nader, Omar , Hishem , Raafat , Hexham , Ed Sayed . Sorry I didn’t not take all names.

Pool water is very cold, and no one is inside the pool, which is a main negative point. Food varities are not much, but the quality is good

Everything is great! Comfortable room, big swimming pool and very helpful staffs. The reception helps us a lot. Just near the beach, you can even have a fantastic sea view in your room. Highly recommend!

The place is astonishing with multiple pools and a beautiful beach. The one thing that is unique is the fast and perfect service, you feel comfortable with staff around you making sure you are happy and well served. Multiple restaurants with one is outstanding but the rest of them are just ok.

1. Water flow from showerhead is too low. 2. The fruit in the room alrd mold, but no one change it. 3. Hopefully hotel staff can take note, not all "Asian" from China, please do not simply speak Chinese to "Asian guest", unless you know the guest from China.

Everything was perfect!! Everything! The best hotel ever and the best experience ever. The crew is 11 stars out of 10. Everyone on my group was happy and for sure we'll come back. Mr. Sayed Ibrahim, reception supervisor was amazing with us: THE BEST EVER. Mr. Haroun Radwan was in charge of the cleaning of our rooms and... HE WAS SIMPLY AMAZING. PERFECT STAY.

Blue Spa Hotel is a five star hotel and offers the amentities, which i expect from a five star hotel. What makes for me the difference is the behavior of the staff. And the behavior of the staff is excellent! Everybody is friendly, helpful, but at the same time not intrusive. This was my impression of the whole staff. If i mention here and now by name Mr. Ibrahim (supervisor reception), Mr. Essa ( rezeption) und Mr. Rizk (restaurant), because I had more frequent contact with them.
