Only thing that could be improved is charging an extra 7% on card transactions. Visa transaction fees should be covered by the seller, not the buyer. Otherwise no complaints, it’s a great hotel and I highly recommend it.

The staff are amazing! They are so welcoming and friendly. The hotel is very close to the pyramids. The breakfast and food at the rooftop cafe are great. The rooftop view is beautiful. The room is clean and very new. We loved our stay and hope to be back soon!

The hotel staff is very friendly. They always tried to be helpful as much as they could. If you are running out of places to check out the front task, they will always have an answer for you. Huge appreciation for Menna; I went to Egypt unprepared. She recommended a lot of places to go and asked for a driver for me to have a tour around Pyramid, making sure I didn’t pay anything overpriced. Definitely a 10/10 place to stay!!! And don't forget your breakfast with the pyramid view!!

The property is 6 rooms and an open roof restaurant on the top two floors of a building. The bedrooms were clean and a good size. The roof top had views across to the pyramids. Because you are high up it's quite peaceful and you can't see all the construction going on below. (They are making a metro stop nearby)

All the staff were wonderful. As soon as I arrived I met Amar and Mena - so great to be welcomed by two young women with such warmth, professionalism and a sense of fun. I later met Chocolate in the restaurant who was great. So also was Mohammed Nour. They were all relaxed, informative and great to talk to.

Our one week honeymoon trip to Cairo started with a heartly welcome in the hotel and continued like this until the end. We had different sightseeing trips every day, very well organized by Lady Moon from the hotel management (in person and via WhatsApp). The restaurant is on top of the Hotel. From there you have a great view to the pyramids and kindly service by Mister Chocolate. There are 3 types of breakfast (European, American, Oriental). We choose oriental breakfast every day. It was fantastic for us. We also eat dinner nearly every day in the hotel, this was also great. Everything was freshly made and tasted very good. Our room was modern and every day cleaned up. We would recommend this hotel to everyone and maybe we will come back some day. Petra & René

In Egypt you do not need to compare hotels with European hotels, the standard is not the same. So, from this point of view this is a quiet great hotel but not a luxury one. There is cleaning each day but cleaners reorganizing your staff always, so a tip, let the reception knows that the normal cleaning is enough and you don't ask any other reorganizing, packing (so, ask them, to not touch your clothes, papers, electronical equipments, panties, etc.)

The crew is nice, especially the young lady at the reception who gave a lot of tips and who is always asking how do we feel ourselves, and the waiters in the restaurant were also nice with us. The hospitality is very good in this hotel. The location is great, this is not right next to the Pyramids, but it is close (around 2 EUR an Uber from there), but it is quiet well. Beds are comfortable and the shower is great.

Location is great for seeing pyramids of Giza and other sites, but not so close to Cairo city centre if you were staying a while and wanted lots of choice of restaurants. However, the hotel rooftop restaurant is great, so didn’t leave the hotel for food anyway during our stay.

I was really not expecting much but this hotel have exceeded my expectations. The place is new and well decorated. The room size is decent and it was very clean. The break fast was delicious. They have three options i personally liked the Egyptian one the most.They provide a private tours and transportation with a reasonable prices, it really made it easy for us to explore Cairo.They also recommended good spots and gave us tips when we wanted to explore by ourselves, we had the best experience because of them, especially the two sweet receptionists. All the staff is helpful, kind, and smiling all the time, they made us feel at home. I want to thank the owner for his help and hospitality. Thank you Mr.Touha

I liked the interaction of the reception staff and the waiters of the restaurant in the upper view, and the breakfast was delicious, as they offered various types of food and many options, and served cold and hot drinks with all tact, good treatment and hospitality. I especially mention those in charge of the hotel, the brothers Hisham and his brother, the restaurant staff, the wonderful employee Amr, the reception staff, and especially the lovely girl at the reception. And the courteous employee, Mohamed, and the helpful and polite employee, Amr. I wished I could stay in the wonderful hotel and in beautiful Egypt, next to the great pyramids.

Looks exactly like the photos. You get that pyramids view from the breakfast area. Breakfast was amazing and has options. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Location was great, about 10min drive to Pyramids. Everywhere including the room was clean and beds were comfortable also felt very safe. Place always smelt really good too!

Only thing was we where not told u have to turn the emersion on so one of us had a cold ending to the shower but we didn’t say anything as didn’t matter.

They sent a taxi as a complimentary service [free of charge] to the airport, to bring us to the place. The oriental breakfast was brilliant, and to mention the "welcome-waffles" was also an excellent surprise, which they gave us after the next day's breakfast. Perfect location in Giza, you see pyramids from room and rooftoop restaurant, where they serve super yummy breakfast and great coffee. I recommend oriental breakfast, huge portuon and so flavourful! Very quick response by booking.com and a great welcome on arrival. The room was even better than we imagined and the staff was very friendly and helpfull. The food was excellent! Big breakfast and many good things on the menu - we preferred to eat in the hotel instead of the local restaurants. The hotel is new and the staff is open for suggestions. We imagine that they will reach four stars very soon. And we wish them all the best with their succes.

Some niggling matter raised during our stay. Power trips, Lift not working and etc...but the hotel was always on alert to rectify matters asap. While the hotel locations was excellent, Uber drivers keep getting it wrong for some reason, so be patience with that.

There was certainly some minor issues, however the hotel staff is consistently put up great effort to ensure that our stay was a pleasant one. Breakfast was great and location was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to the sight of the Giza pyramids is something else.
