The restaurant did not have much on the menu especially for breakfast - only Egyptian breakfast was available (no bread, no milk, no hot chocolate, no orange juice).

The garden and the pool are both beautiful and the view from our bedroom window (Deluxe room, 2 single beds). The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. There is one member of staff who speaks English and he went above and beyond to help us and make us feel welcome.

Shower pressure low and you have to turn on the heater outside the bathroom - temperature of the water was too hot. The mosque is close by and very loud with a distorted speaker.

Tunis is a lovely place in Egypt, especially in Ramadan when it is quiet and relaxed. The complex is in a walled garden which is nice to spend time in. The pool is in a separate area and hard to find so make sure you look for it because it's great!

The staff was very friendly, the food was very good, the setting was so clean and original, and they also arranged for a great safari trip for us followed by a nice pottery art hands on training.

We stayed one night and experienced 3 power outages throughout the night. The last one started sometime in the night and the power did not come back on until late morning. Also the wifi in our room had a very weak signal.

This boutique hotel complex is like a mansion from the Arabian nights. The compound is beautiful, as is the lush garden at its center. The restaurant serves delicious food at good value, and the front desk booked us a wonderful driver for a safari around. The breakfast was wonderful. The breakfast box we received (we had to leave very early in the morning), was better than that of five star hotels in Egypt. The rooms were spacious and clean.

Most of the staff barely speak English. Drinks are not included in the complimentary breakfast and it is often difficult to find someone at the reception all the time. The chalet has a stove and a kitchenette, but no cooking utensils. We find that a bit strange. The place has a lot of potential but needs a Manager who can coordinate things and elevate the place.

The location is good. We liked hearing birds singing in the evening and early morning. They planted a lot of flowers and are doing a great job taking care of the grass and all the green spaces. Very beautiful. The room was decent and our chalet has a couch and a seating area. We liked it.

The accommodation and our chalet were wonderful. Very clean, quiet and the gardens so beautiful well maintained. It’s centrally located in Tunis village. The service was great. Mohammed Adel (chief cook) provided us with such delicious breakfast and dinner. His team was very helpful and kind. The resort arranged us a very nice dessert safari. I highly recommend this resort!

The blankets were too small (single bed size) for the double bed. The shower drains very slowly & the bottom of the shower curtain is dirty. The room rate breakfast was good but it doesn’t include tea or coffee which is strange.

Great location in the middle of Tunis Village. Lots of greenery & plants & open outdoor spaces.

Resort is amazing. We loved the entire place build like castels from stones, where you can feel like a prince and rhe princess. The prise is a bit solty for this area but you wont regret it booking it. Food is good, rooms are clean. Stuff is nice, but be prepared to hand talk or wait someone to speak english or learn your self basics in arabic, that should do the trick! We had an amazing time even we only slept there for 1 night. And we were sorry that we did not stay. Tottaly planing to come back for shure. Next time im coming with my son <3
