Air was weak in our first room. Then we asked to be moved and it was sorted promptly. Great response from staff.

The garden is amazing. The swimming pool is really good. The location is superb.

There are too many people at the main entrance trying to sell you something. If you want to avoid the hassle, you can search for “Winter Palace Pavillon Parking entrance” on Google Map to go through the back door when you are arriving by car or leaving by your own taxi.

The hotel is in a good location next to the Luxor Temple. The staffs are always friendly and welcoming. What I particularly liked was the breakfast. It had a good variety and started from as early as 5:30AM. It allowed us to have a early start and avoided some heat during the middle of the day.

Excellent location and staffs were friendly. Breakfast was really good and also dinner at the a la carte service was good. Also the BBQ evening was perfect. Pool looks nice but unfortunately I didn't use the pool. The room was very nice and cleaned.

The hotel was able to give us 2 adjoing rooms which accommodated our family of 4 adults perfectly. Breakfast was excellent with extensive choices. The breakfast staff were attentive and very friendly. The swimming pool is huge, but also has a more shallow part which is perfect for non-swimmers or children. The garden with its wandering flock of stay-at-home flamingos is a refreshing oasis of trees and flowers in this desert land.

Beautiful room with balcony overlooking acres of meticulously kept garden oasis shared with Winter Palace, capable and responsive lobby attendants, expansive and delicious breakfast buffet with attentive waiters and a crêpe and omelette chef, sparkling pool, wonderful linens, daily glass bottles of water in room.

minor things: fries at the beach bar, old armatures / bath

We were amazed by the huge and well-kept park and enjoyed our breakfast on the outside terrace every morning. The huge pool (there are actually two of them) was great for relaxing after sight-seeing. The location is perfect for walking to Luxor Temple or different supermarkets and restaurants are nearby. We used the front and the back entry. The stuff is very friendly and supportive. There were only minor things that could be improved (fries at the beach bar, old armatures / bath) - but looking at the overall picture these do not diminish the positive impression we have of the hotel. Would we come back? Definitely.

Very nice hotel and i happen to get an end room. Excellent room and all of the amenities. No issues with A/C, plumbing, safe, etc. The most awesome thing was the exterior landscaping, beautiful and immaculate.

Prices for drinks at the bar were ridiculously expensive compared to normal prices in Egypt.....besides having to wait forever to have our order taken. It took so long for our drinks to arrive that we finally gave up and went someplace else.

The room was fine and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast - although quite expensive - was excellent, with a lot of very tasty choices. The grounds are beautiful.

The air conditioning in the bedroom could have been a little better. It was bearable in March but it may be a bit warm in July and August. Other wise everything else was excellent including the staff.

Breakfast was very nice and buffet style. We enjoyed sitting out on the terrace in the early morning sunshine. Pool was fantastic, large and heated. The grounds of the hotel are shared with the Winter Palace Hotel and are exceptional. The gardens are extensive and are maintained by a team of excellent gardeners. Many birds including flamingos and peacocks roam around the gardens. The smell of orange blossom was intoxicating. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and will return.

No tea/coffee facility in rooms.

Excellent location, very customer oriented staff both at front desk and the morning breakfast buffet,, great breakfast, beautiful grounds and respite for busyness of touring, beautiful swimming pool area, excellent value for money. Only suggestion would be to have coffee/tea facility in the rooms.. highly recommended.

The room is a really good size, the mattress is really good as the pillows. The garden of the hotel is beautiful, the pool is hot even in the winter. The breakfast is excellent and the staff is really helpful.

Ask about breakfast, the rate for breakfast change 3 times. Keep going up.. I felt like being scam. Should not happen at hotel like this scale. The reception manager should handle this issue.
