How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The beach needs a lot of care. It was the worst thing about the trip.
The staff was friendly. The view was great. The chalet was very close to the pool, beach, and restaurant. The breakfast was delicious.

Breakfast bakery wasn’t fresh at all, missing kinds of bread and cake finished and when asking for, they replied there isn’t any, sofa bed wasn’t comfortable at all

-Horrible choice of songs by the DJ -ACs are old and weak -Bathrooms and towels are a bit old too -no wifi at all -bleu restaurant is overpriced for the quality and variety of food served -serving food and drinks at the beach starts after 1 pm -It is a chalet and not a hotel.. -they gave us a second floor chalet which was a bit high and a hassle after a day at the beach.. -no clear sign of the hotel on the road..so be very alert
-the BEACH is amazing -customer service is very good -housekeeping is perfect -kitchenette is perfect -view is stunning -manager was very considerate -breakfast was excellent for a beach chalet -there is a good supermarket right next to the reception ( that they didn’t tell us about)

The building entrance we stayed in was without door as other building, so the insects was waiting us to open the apartment door to enter. Breakfast was good but could be better.

You need to trust Google maps regarding directions. Bedroom’s furniture is worn out, uncomfortable mattresses. Cleanliness wasn’t great and the en-suite bathroom had plumbing issues. Average breakfast buffet Plastic and paper cups only offered, 2 glass cups for 6 adults were brought on request. Every chalet block has specific areas/ entrance to the beach, Ours had loads of dirt from sea onto shore.

Absence of WIFI , as well as an oven despite being indicated as a kitchen facility , there was a microwave though

no lift and the apartment was in the second floor you can not use the gem immediately you have to inform them before using by 25 minutes

-Rooms need some renovation -The restaurant need to have more menu varities for lunch / dinner -It would be nice to have an animation team or night shows on daily basis as only during weekends there's a karaoke singer show

the downside is , after sunset its dead. no clubhouse no music nothing ,, literally nothing to do , you have to drive to the nearest excursions to enjoy the night time.. The gym needs lots of changes everything is out of function the entrance to the hotel is vague, no sign no flags nothing,, you have to fully depend on google maps and TRUST IT 😊 the beach closes early than usual at 7pm while sunset is around 8.15pm ,, some flaws here and there but not to mention No tennis table or billiard.
i stayed there thru booking,, in Z section .., nice location 3 minutes to the beach on foot ... the beach is well organized, the staff is very hospitable from the reception to the beach boys to nice music played... the hotel is most suitable for families only as it doesn't serve any night time activities AT ALL ... the chalet was super clean , they were very responsive to complains and etc ... to fix stuff.. I can't say any wrong about the management and the place they really do their best to make you satisfied. the beach is nice with lots of sunbeds and shades ,, many nice spots to sit , 2 beach showers working barely fine.... the food is nice ,, well made and you fell the extra effort put to make you happy ! There is Sauna, Jacussi and steam room working well
