Food could be better.

The best service in the world. Staff is the best in the hospitality industry. Mahmoud Ashraf from guest relations was like a gene, whatever we wanted he was able to accommodate. All restaurant staff was amazing I am too bad with names but I remember Khalaf and Ahmed Ayman, they were amazing. The resort and the facilities are amazing I will definitely go back again.

It is not nice for the employees of the tour operator, who are allowed to work in the hotel, to demand higher prices and reduce the price by bargaining, even though they have a price list. This behaviour lowers the reputation of the hotel. Likewise, the limousine service keeps the list secret and negotiates. Also, the bed in the room was very old. There were ups and downs on the bed that were so obvious that they could be noticed even when laying sheets on the bed. Expecting this to be reported by the customer is wrong for a 5-star facility. Night staff should be better. Bellboy was not aware when we are leaving, non was as friendly as the morning staff except the receptionist.

Clean, tidy, friendly staff especially housekeepers, bar tenders and waiters. Front desk team is well trained, manager is caring about the guests.

I really searching the words to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional hospitality and service provided during my stay in this resort. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was nothing short of perfect. Whether it was the impeccable room service, the delicious meals at many restaurants, the gym or the other facilities at the resort, every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations. Not only were the facilities and accommodations top-notch, but it was the genuine care and attention to detail shown by the team that truly made my stay memorable. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to assist with any request made me feel welcome and valued as a guest. I cannot thank you enough for creating such a wonderful environment for relaxation and enjoyment. The resort is a true gem, and I will undoubtedly be recommending it to family and friends seeking a luxurious getaway. Everything was just perfect! The hotel was amazing; it was huge with all the facilities needed. Our room was upgraded to family room with seaview which was just great and exceeded our expectations! All the staff were friendly and helpful especially Mahmoud and Hamada who assisted us throughout our stay. Mahmoud and Hamada were always making sure everything was going well and they were ready to help with any inquiry. Mahmoud was sending us the dinner menu in the different restaurants everyday in which we can choose which restaurant to eat at. The staff in all the restaurants were very friendly and always smiling! The animation team was great, and the shows in the evening were very nice (both the kids and adults' shows). The kids club was very nice with lots of activities for children; and Angel who was in the kids club was always playing with our daughter; she was very friendly (the whole team is actually very friendly). The beach at the hotel was very nice, and the snorkeling there was a great experience; you don't really need to go anywhere else. In general, the hotel is much bigger and nicer than the pictures, and the staff are just outstanding! We will defnitely be back at this great resort!

Almost nothing. There is a smell of chemicals when cleaning outside or in a restaurant places, but it’s for safety reason…

I was stay there for a small vacation and it was good experience to relax. The staff were very friendly, they do a great job. If you need something they will every time help you. The meal offerings at the hotel were varied and delicious, with a wide selection of European cuisine to choose from. My room was clean. There was a mini bar- Water, Cola, Mirinda, Sprite. The highlight, however, was the shower system – the best I've ever experienced – with four different types of showers. The beach at the hotel was pristine and meticulously maintained, providing a tranquil escape with comfortable entry into the sea. If you like snorkeling it is hotel for you, if you like leisure in the sea it is also for you. I must also extend my gratitude to the hotel manager, Hamada, who’s friendly and helpful. His attentiveness and willingness to assist with any request were truly appreciated.

The staff was very friendly from the begining until the last day. Starting with Hamada, front office manager and ending with the man was cleaning the room. Food was good, they have fruits and vegetebals fresh but for me the serving staff was impressive(they were like robots, very fast and everyone knew what they had to do). The water in the pool was very clean and warm. In the evening a lot of opportunities: mini disco, show diferent in every night, big screen for the fotball match, livre music. So...thank you and hope to come back soon.

While our overall experience was overwhelmingly positive, there were a few areas for improvement. At Restiro restaurant, which serves late dinner, there is a minor inconvenience as it stops serving at 9:15 PM, then resumes from 10 PM till 11 PM. Clarifying this stoppage time would help guests plan their dining schedules more effectively. Additionally, adding Mayonnaise at the restaurants and extending the operating hours of the ice cream station would be appreciated, especially for families with young children. Despite these minor suggestions, our family thoroughly enjoyed our time at Pickalbatros Palace Resort and will undoubtedly return in the future. With its combination of luxury, amenities, safety, and attentive service, we rate our experience a solid 9 out of 10.

Our family of four, including a one-year-old girl and a three-year-old boy, recently enjoyed a delightful week-long stay at Pickalbatros Palace Resort. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the resort's grandeur, cleanliness, and spaciousness. The abundance of pools including the waterpark provided endless fun for our little ones, while the pristine beach with excellent snorkeling spots offered a relaxing escape for the whole family. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the luxurious and generously sized beach front room (#3217), which exceeded our expectations. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities, including sports channels like Bein Sports, ensuring we never missed a game even while on vacation. The resort's numerous activities kept us entertained throughout our stay, and the reliable Wi-Fi, even on the beach albeit slightly weaker, was a bonus. A standout feature was the exceptional level of service. The staff were always attentive, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Special mention goes to Fawzi, our room attendant, for his impeccable service, and Hamada, the front office manager, for his continuous support and assistance. We were also pleased with the option to bring and enjoy shisha (hookah) throughout the resort, adding an extra layer of relaxation to our evenings.
